The White House has ramped up their fear-mongering rhetoric surrounding COVID-19 as the Democrats push for another major taxpayer spending bill to combat the virus.
The Biden administration is claiming that without billions more in taxpayer dollars, 100 million cases of COVID-19 will hit America in the fall and winter.
CNN reported that the “Biden administration is issuing a new warning that the US could potentially see 100 million Covid-19 infections this fall and winter, as officials publicly stress the need for more funding from Congress to prepare the nation.”
“The White House is sharing these estimates as officials renew their push to get Congress to approve additional funding to combat the virus and as the nation approaches a coronavirus death toll of 1 million,” CNN’s Kaitlan Collins admitted. “Officials have said the White House will commemorate the moment when the US surpasses 1 million deaths from Covid-19.”
According to the Daily Mail, Biden is looking for Congress to approve a package north of $22.5 billion, “to allow the federal government to continue to purchase tests, therapeutics and continue other virus surveillance and prevention measures into the future.”
The push to renew COVID fear comes as Democrats decided to remove COVID funding from their new multibillion dollar package to support the war in Ukraine in an effort to speed up the package’s approval.
“We cannot afford delay in this vital war effort. Hence, I am prepared to accept that these two measures move separately, so that the Ukrainian aid bill can get to my desk right away,” President Joe Biden said.
The Hill pointed out that disagreements between the GOP and Democratic officials regarding the U.S. southern border and public health measures has also caused delays in securing support for the federal funding.
“Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and a group of Republicans had previously struck a deal for $10 billion in coronavirus assistance,” The Hill noted. “But Republicans want to add language into the coronavirus bill that would prevent the administration from lifting Title 42, a Trump-era pandemic public health policy that allows for the rapid expulsion of migrants at the border and blocks them from seeking asylum.”
Biden has been in office for more than a year and previously promised to destroy the virus – a promise which not surprisingly, he has failed to deliver on and is now somehow trying to use COVID as a rallying cry to drum up support ahead of midterms.
Donald Trump Jr. pointed out that that the Democrat’s latest message ahead of the 2022 midterms seems to argue, “be afraid, only the extreme competence of Joe Biden can save you!!!”
I wouldn’t approve any more spending until this lawless government enforces our laws at the border. There is no data that says covid is still a concern or that they have spent all the money they already got for covid in March 2021 (that we didn’t need)…At the last check, they haven’t even spent most of that yet. I bet it will used to line the pockets of these criminals we have in charge. This should be used as leverage to drop the restrictions on oil and gas production, sign the leases for ANWAR and off shore drilling, finish the pipeline, re-institute remain in mexico, keep title 42. And by the way, covid is a mild cold at this point. We don’t need funding for mild colds.

How can you say that the Covid numbers are going way up to justify more funding and then allow unlimited illegals to walk into the United States with no restrictions. The government can’t account for billions from the last Covid giveaway. They should not allow any other spending without a total accounting. And we all know the next pandemic will hit right around midterms and of course only mail in ballots will work. Get smart people. No RINO’s and absolutely no democrats should be elected.

You have to wonder just who Biden is listening to when he just absurdly tosses out the numbers of dollars, usually billions, that he wants to either send to blue states or to causes around the world, yet he refuses to keep the tariffs against Chinese goods in place, as prices for “stuff” go through the roof!
