A conservative majority on the Supreme Court is the only thing keeping the Democrats from becoming full-blown tyrants, so it should come as no surprise that leftists targeting the court AGAIN ahead of the 2024 election – this time hoping to deliver a kill shot.
Their strategy has been to use their media propagandists to smear the individual justices on the court in order to eventually convince people that the court is “corrupt” and needs to be “cleansed.”
Last week, the New York Times published a full-blown hit piece on Justice Samuel Alito “to indict the conservative judge as a partisan ideologue corrupted by far-right politics” with the “proof” being an “Appeal to Heaven” flag which flew outside his New Jersey beach home last year.
Days before that another hit piece claimed that Alito was compromised because his wife flew an upside-down American flag after the stolen 2020 election.
Then OF COURSE, Democrat politicians pounced on the headlines surrounding this to try and further undermine the court’s integrity. Far-left Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin referenced them while claiming that there needs to be a “federal ethics panel” made up of (Democrat-appointed) circuit court judges to hold the nation’s highest court in check.
And this came AFTER House Democrats already announced a new taskforce, which Raskin is obviously a member of, that has the ability to overhaul the court through legislation.
At the same time, the Democrat Rep. has urged Americans to “fall out of love” with the Supreme Court claiming that it cannot be trusted until the Democrats have full control over it – like every other institution in America.
“[T]o my mind, we’ve gotta organize the people in America. That’s where the power comes from. And we will, if and when we win back the House and the Senate and the White House. We will look at the Supreme Court and figure out what can be done about that extremely corrupted and contaminated body,” Raskin said.
Democrat Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse reiterated Raskin’s message in a post on social media saying, “Yes we will, brother. Yes we will.”
The Democrats are not even hiding it – they fully intend to NUKE the only thing stopping them from turning America into a Communist nightmare.
The court is not corrupt in any way – in fact, it might be the only fair and balanced institution left in ALL of America – which is exactly why the Democrats want to destroy it.
And the timing of all of this is VERY important. Raskin suggests that the changes will come after the election, but they’re already working to nullify the court’s impact BEFORE the 2024 election takes place.
The reason for that? They need SCOTUS out of their way to pull off another election heist, especially considering they’ll need even more fraud this time around to defeat Donald Trump than they did in 2020 before half the country realized what a TERRIBLE president Joe Biden would be.
That task force that Raskin is on, named the “court reform” task force, is already working diligently to expand the bench, create term limits for justices, force the Supreme Court to create a code of ethics based on partisan public input, and create an independent review board to hear ethics complaints lobbed against the justices.
Buckle up – this is just the start.

Imposing term limits on SCOTUS and not on Congress makes no sense.
Don’t surprise anyone of their tactics. When this basement boy defies our own judicial system and others don’t care you know hell is coming and I don’t mean for those who have done their jobs properly and honestly. This administration has people who have committed crimes from a-z with no accountability at all. Now to understand two tier system that has gone on just look at the crimes and by who with no chargers what so ever. Yet those who fight against them are not only dying but being imprisoned for something their is no crime for and taking away their finances by stealing them. Realize this once and for all.
