Lawsuit: Hospital Records 5,000% Spike in Stillbirths to COVID-Vaxed Mothers

A lawsuit filed against a hospital chain in California shows that there was a 5,000% increase in stillbirths among pregnant women who received the COVID mRNA shots in 2021. The suit alleges that hospital administrators covered up the data, failed to warn pregnant women about the danger, and retaliated against the nurse who blew the whistle on the scandal.

The hospital also saw a sharp increase in vaccinated mothers experiencing clotting, hemorrhaging, and vascular problems during birth, as well as live babies born with malformations due to their DNA being altered by the messenger RNA technology.

The plaintiff in the case is a nurse named Michelle Spencer. She’s worked at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, CA, since 2017.

From 2017 through 2020, the hospital typically delivered an average of one stillborn baby per month. Starting in the spring of 2021, after the rollout of the COVID jabs, the number shot up to 20 per month—a 5,000% increase. That should have set off all sorts of alarm bells at the hospital.

It should have been immediately obvious to everyone what was happening. In fact, Spencer’s attorney says that hospital administrators had all the data sitting right in front of them. Stillbirth rates were normal among unvaccinated women, but the ones who took the vaccines were losing their babies.

“The numbers proved the vaccines were causing miscarriages and more in the vaccinated group,” says Attorney Greg Glaser. “We know hospital management analyzed the data because they said so, and we see they concealed it from regulators because that file is empty.”

In September 2022 (a year-and-a-half later), a nurse manager at the hospital finally acknowledged the steep rise in stillbirths since the COVID jabs, calling the deceased babies “demise patients.” It seems likely that administrators were aware of the problem. And yet the hospital continued to aggressively push the COVID shots on all pregnant women, while offering no warnings.

The lawsuit also alleges an alarming increase in babies being admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at the hospital. Babies were born with missing fingers, dangerous heart murmurs, and extreme jaundice. This was only happening among the COVID-vaccinated mothers. The NICU rates for unvaccinated mothers were unchanged.

Spencer became frustrated because she could never get the hospital or California state regulators to admit what was happening. So, she released that September 2022 email from a nurse manager to independent media to blow the whistle. She also filed a formal appeal with the California Department of Public Health to investigate why so many babies were sick or dying at Community Regional Medical Center.

Spencer was immediately accused of violating hospital policies and placed under an internal investigation. The hospital also refused to pay her a $5,000 retention bonus that she was owed for renewing her contract in 2023. That sent a message to all the nurses at Community Regional Medical Center:

Shut up about the dying babies, or we’ll punish you too.

The lawsuit further alleges that the hospital provided false information to public health officials. It accuses the administrators of covering up the connection between the COVID shots and the fetal deaths and preventing an independent investigation of the tragedy.

Spencer is suing for lost wages, punitive damages, and an independent investigation into why her hospital has had a 5,000% increase in stillbirths. (California regulators have not opened an investigation to this day.)

“This hospital chose financial gain over people’s lives,” says Attorney Glaser. “Our goal with this case is to give the evidence to a jury to set the truth free. Only then can we really begin to heal.”

Lawsuits like this are the reason why we continue to cover the COVID jabs and the tyranny of the Biden regime and public health officials that led us here. If the allegations in this suit are true, consider just how monstrous this event was. The CDC, the FDA, and the vaccine makers all knew that the shots were dangerous to pregnant women. Not even local hospitals were willing to speak up about the dangers, though.

Michelle Spencer’s situation is not unique. This has happened to other nurses and doctors who tried to tell the truth and had their careers upended. Her attorney is right. We can’t begin to heal as a nation until there is accountability for the villains in these stories.
