Now that voters honeymoon period with Kamala Harris has started to wear off, the Democrats have resorted to their old ways to stay in power—rigging the election through lawfare.
Special Counsel Jack Smith has all of a sudden reemerged from the shadows to launch yet ANOTHER indictment against Republican candidate President Donald Trump mere months before the 2024 election. This after the Supreme Court ruled against his first attempt.
This indictment is even sloppier than his last one and it aims to use the courts against Trump for questioning the “incredibly legitimate” 2020 election.
Smith, a glorified attack dog for the Democratic party, has set his sights on Trump once again to try and hand the Democrats the election, but in all actuality, he’s showing everyone that the Democrats are more desperate than ever.
Smith’s desperate move in court comes as the voters are starting to see past the immense amount of propaganda that the DNC used to prop up Vice President Kamala Harris as the greatest candidate they could have ever asked for.
People have begun realizing that Democrats chosen leader, Kamala Harris, is a very weak candidate. She has no policies, and the three that she has released are all stolen from Donald Trump’s campaign. She also has refused to do any interviews and has only just agreed to do a sit-down interview as long as her VP, Tim Walz, can do it with her to interject when she starts going into her word salad remarks.
Not to mention, President Trump is benefitting from the boost in popularity brought on by independent candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr endorsing him, which is another thing you can add to the list that the Democrats are trying to distract from.
Because of this Democrats have tried to compensate for Kamala’s weakness by trying to make Donald Trump look weak. That’s where Jack Smith’s lawfare comes in.
Trump himself reacted to Smith’s new indictment against him by calling it for what it is, a ridiculous and illegal attack on the election.
Donald Trump, the presidential front-runner, wrote that Smith was trying to “resurrect a dead Witch Hunt” against him in an “act of desperation.”
After pointing out that this indictment should IMMEDIATELY be dismissed, Trump notes that this is “merely an attempt to INTERFERE WITH THE ELECTION, and distract the American People from the catastrophes Kamala Harris has inflicted on our Nation, like the Border Invasion, Migrant Crime, Rampant Inflation, the threat of World War III, and more….”
Which is EXACTLY what this pitiful move is.
The president went on to say that the Democrats are abusing the criminal justice system, which, sadly, we should be used to by now.
“This is an unprecedented abuse of the Criminal Justice System. The case has to do with “Conspiracy to Obstruct the 2020 Presidential Election,” when they are the ones that did the obstructing of the Election, not me. They cheated on the Election, and they go after me for “cheating on the Election.”
“What they are doing now is the single greatest sabotage of our Democracy in History….” Trump added, and then pointed out that not a single candidate in our nation’s history has ever had to put up with the weaponization of our justice system.
But the Democrats have made a major miscalculation if they actually think that this is going to move the needle in their favor.
Quite the opposite, in fact, things like this are exactly WHY Democrats and Independents have been jumping on the Trump train while realizing that the Democratic Party is a danger to the future of America.
Even Nicole Shanahan, RFK’s more liberal running mate, has said that it’s now clear the Dems are using the justice system to enforce a certain political agenda.
“I’ll admit I used to kind of roll my eyes when people claimed that President Trump was being ‘prosecuted.’ I was looking at it through the distorted filter of the media,” she wrote, before admitting that now she finally sees that this is precisely what’s happening.
The harder the Democrats try to use the corrupt system to their advantage, the more they wake people up!
