Andrew Bailey, the Attorney General for Missouri, has filed a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood for committing horrific crimes against underage girls without parental consent. The scheme that Planned Parenthood Great Plains was carrying out is so evil that it’s difficult to wrap your head around it.
Since abortion is now illegal in Missouri except in cases of medical emergencies, Planned Parenthood has been trafficking girls across state lines to kill their babies in neighboring Kansas, according to AG Bailey.
“This is the beginning of the end for Planned Parenthood in the State of Missouri. What they conceal and conspire to do in the dark of night has now been uncovered,” said AG Bailey in a statement. “It is time to eradicate Planned Parenthood once and for all to end this pattern of abhorrent, unethical, and illegal behavior.”
Missouri banned almost all abortions after the Supreme Court ended Roe v. Wade in the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision. A staff member for the Planned Parenthood clinic in question was caught on tape recently admitting that they have been trafficking underaged girls into Kansas to kill their babies. Here’s how the scheme works, according to that employee.
A Planned Parenthood employee shows up at the child’s school with a forged note claiming that the child has a doctor’s appointment. They then drive the minor child across state lines into Kansas, all without the parents’ knowledge or consent. That alone constitutes child trafficking and kidnapping.
No one—not even the Satanic death cultists in the Democrat Party—has the authority to transport a minor child across state lines without the parents’ consent. Not for any reason. It’s flat-out, completely illegal. Imagine how furious you’d be if someone did this to your child.
Then Planned Parenthood kills the girl’s baby and takes her back home. This isn’t just a rare occurrence, according to the employee who was caught on tape. This is a practice that Planned Parenthood Great Plains engages in “every day, every day, every day.”
This isn’t the first time that Planned Parenthood has been caught flagrantly violating Missouri law just to satisfy its staffers’ lust to kill babies. The Planned Parenthood clinic in Columbia had been caught committing health code violations since 2013. In 2018, staffers admitted that they had been using moldy abortion equipment on women for months.
Let that sink in.
Moldy. Abortion. Equipment.
That was the last straw and the state health department shut the clinic down finally.
Baby-killing doctors in Missouri are required by law to document and file reports when women experience medical complications from abortions. In 2018, a doctor admitted in open court that Planned Parenthood had not been following that law for 15 years. This presented a false front to the public about abortions, as if they were perfectly safe procedures that never resulted in sterilizing or otherwise harming women.
Another state law in Missouri requires that the same ghoulish doctor who performs an abortion is supposed to inform the patient of the risks of the procedure. In 2020, the Administrative Hearing Commission uncovered the fact that Planned Parenthood doctors had never followed this law. Women and girls were never given informed consent before getting abortions. Again, this presents a false front, as if abortion is a simple procedure that poses no danger to the baby’s mother.
There’s even a specific law on the books in Missouri that prohibits trafficking girls to kill their babies, § 188.250. The law states that it’s illegal in Missouri to “intentionally cause, aid, or assist a minor to obtain an abortion without parental consent in another state.”
Are there any laws that Planned Parenthood is willing to follow? Probably not. When you think about it, a person who would willingly murder a baby probably isn’t very intimidated by any other laws. Citations for jaywalking or poaching an endangered species seem kind of minor in comparison to using moldy abortion equipment on women to kill a baby.
Attorney General Bailey says he intends to drive Planned Parenthood out of Missouri completely. That seems like the only viable strategy at this point. They won’t follow any laws, because their lust to kill babies supersedes everything else as far as they’re concerned. Planned Parenthood is a criminal organization and there’s no hope of reforming it. The only way forward is to get rid of it entirely.
