Politico Tries to Rescue Jay Jones with Hit Piece on Young Republicans

The Politico firestorm that erupted on Wednesday is a great illustration of how politics really works in America. The fake news “media” works hand-in-hand with the Democrat Party to try to destroy Republicans in every election. If you haven’t heard about this story yet, you will soon. This is a classic “October surprise” that the fake news sat on for ten months, and they have unleashed it to try to damage GOP turnout in the important off-year elections coming up in New Jersey, Virginia, and other states on November 4th.

If you need to catch up on this story, Politico bleated this headline on Tuesday:

‘I love Hitler’: Leaked messages expose Young Republicans’ racist chat

Politico had obtained eight months’ worth of private Telegram group chats from Young Republicans chapters in New York, Kansas, Arizona, and Vermont. These private conversations involved numerous young Republican men and women, and they made a lot of immature and impolite jokes.

They used terms like “retard,” “faggot,” and “beaner” a lot. One of them used variations of the “n”-word a lot. They joked about Hitler and gas chambers.

In other words, these young, politically active 20-somethings spoke privately the same way that young, politically active 20-somethings have spoken in private for all of eternity.

So, how did this story come to fruition, and why are we learning of this now?

This is what actually happened. This is gross, by the way, but it’s how politics and media work in America these days.

Sometime in late 2024, a member of the New York chapter of the Young Republicans went out to a bar and got blazing drunk. A Politico reporter picked him up at the bar and had sex with him. (It’s unclear whether the reporter was male or female.) The Young Republican, however, was engaged to be married.

So, the Politico reporter blackmailed him into leaking the Young Republicans’ private chats from January through August 2025. Politico sat on this story all year long. They could have used it to smear Republicans at any point earlier this year. But they waited until October.

Democrats are in trouble in Virginia right now because of their candidate for Attorney General. Jay Jones’s private chat messages surfaced a couple of weeks ago, in which he fantasized about murdering his white opponent and the opponent’s 2-year-old and 5-year-old children in front of the man’s wife.

No Democrat has condemned Jay Jones for wanting to murder toddlers because of their parents’ political beliefs. No Democrat has called for him to drop out of the race. That’s a problem for them, because Jones is now trailing in the polls and Winsome Earle-Sears, the GOP candidate for governor of Virginia, is tied with her Democrat opponent. Charlie Kirk was assassinated just a month ago, and Democrats couldn’t even offer condolences for that.

Working in direct coordination with the Democrat Party, here comes Politico to save the day!

They sat on these private group chats for ten months, until it became politically useful for the Democrats to finally run this story. It’s a classic October surprise, and many in the GOP have fallen for it again.

As soon as the Politico story broke, the board of directors of the Young Republican National Federation condemned the people in the group chat. They called on all of their young warriors to immediately resign from Young Republicans. Total capitulation.

It’s like the old GOP motto: curl up in a fetal position, urinate on yourself like a scared puppy, and offer to let the Democrats have sex with your wife as reparations.

They’re such idiots and cowards.

Charlie Kirk is dead. Jay Jones wants to murder the toddler children of Republicans, and Democrats don’t say a word. In response, the GOP throws its own young warriors under the bus without hesitation, for an immature infraction.

If you think that 20-something kids using terms like “retard” and “faggot” in private is on the same level as political assassination and the murder of toddlers, we don’t even know what to say to you. The Young Republicans’ board of directors should have taken a page from Vice President JD Vance.

Never apologize to these people and don’t throw your own side under the bus. JD Vance knows how to maintain frame:
