Texas AG Drops Bombshell Lawsuit on Pfizer for Its Vaccine Lies & Censorship

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is leading the way in filing the first state lawsuit against Pfizer for lying to the public about the efficacy of its COVID vaccine, and for attempting to censor public discourse about the shots. Pfizer didn’t just see to it that your uncle Chet was censored from reaching his 17 followers on Facebook with his suspicions about the vaccines. The company worked hand-in-hand with the Biden regime to censor doctors who were trying to dispense lifesaving medical advice to patients.

As we talked about previously, the floodgates are now open for class action litigation against the pharmaceutical companies. The mRNA COVID vaccines were “adulterated”—basically meaning contaminated—in some batches with broken glass, a strange monkey virus, and probably several other things.

Big Pharma’s congressional immunity from lawsuits is nullified by the fact that the shots were adulterated with garbage that made people sick and killed them, according to a federal judge who ruled against Pfizer. At least 90 attorneys are now collecting victim statements from people who were harmed by the vaccines, in preparation for some major class action lawsuits.

AG Ken Paxton’s case against Pfizer is the first one that any state attorney general has filed against the company. Paxton probably would have sued Pfizer sooner, but the RINO sissies who work for the Bush family in the Texas legislature tried to impeach him earlier this year. While the impeachment trial was pending—on charges that were even more fictional and flimsy than the Ukraine impeachment hoax against Donald Trump in 2019—Paxton was prevented from carrying out any of his duties as the Texas attorney general.

“[Pfizer’s] widespread representation that its vaccine possessed 95% efficacy against infection was highly misleading,” said Paxton’s office in a press release.

That was obvious almost from the very beginning of the vaccine rollout. So-called “breakthrough infections,” in which vaccinated people caught COVID, started showing up within the first month or two of the shots being available. Pfizer tried to cover this up by claiming that, yes, you could still catch COVID after taking the first shot. But the second shot would confer near-total immunity!

Looking back, there was never a goalpost that Pfizer, the CDC, and the FDA did not end up moving after their initial claims were proven false. Their backup excuses turned out to be false as well.

When it was discovered that Ivermectin was a cheap, effective, and widely abundant prophylactic against COVID that could prevent death and hospitalization, that should have been the end of these experimental shots. The COVID vaccines were only permitted under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Once a much cheaper alternative like Ivermectin was discovered, the emergency authorization for the shots should have immediately expired.

Hydroxychloroquine also worked. One Spanish nursing home that we reported on treated all its elderly COVID patients with over-the-counter Claritin and Dayquil, since they were in a rural area and couldn’t get better treatments. They had zero fatalities.

Paxton’s lawsuit states:

“How did Pfizer respond when it became apparent that its vaccine was failing and the viability of its cash cow was threatened? By intimidating those spreading the truth, and by conspiring to censor its critics. Pfizer labeled as ‘criminals’ those who spread facts about the vaccine. It accused them of spreading ‘misinformation.’ And it coerced social media platforms to silence prominent truth-tellers.”

Pfizer had the CDC tell everyone that Ivermectin was “horse paste” and that hydroxychloroquine was “fish tank cleaner.” Even a quick perusal of Wikipedia would have proven that was a lie. When President Trump highlighted an experimental treatment at Stanford University Medical Center that allowed doctors to bathe the interior of the lungs with UV rays, which effectively killed the COVID virus, the health authorities, the pharma companies, and Nancy Pelosi all claimed that Trump was encouraging people to “inject bleach” into their arms.

There needs to be a reckoning for all this. As AG Paxton noted in the lawsuit, many people in his state were coerced into taking these harmful and ineffective shots against their will, due to draconian vaccine mandates. Every state attorney general should be joining this lawsuit against Pfizer. But then, that would mean that a lot of people would have to finally admit that they were wrong and that all of us “misinformation spreaders” were right.
