Many of the judges in this country are rotten to the core and that’s a big problem. They’re not really judges. They’re walking cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome dressed in black robes.
Petty little District Court judges keep trying to overturn every legitimate action that President Donald Trump is taking under the authority vested in him by the voters and Article 2 of the US Constitution. This has to stop and it must be stopped quickly before we find ourselves in a true constitutional crisis.
The only way to stop it quickly would be for the US Supreme Court to step up and rein in these rogue lower courts.
These TDS judges tell President Trump that he can’t fire government employees and that he doesn’t have the authority to deport foreign rapists. Is there anything that he is allowed to do, then?

What was the 2024 election really about?
Sure, it was redemption for President Trump and revenge for the stolen 2020 election. But more importantly, the 2024 election was about the legitimacy of the federal court system.
Donald Trump was hit with dozens of federal charges after he announced he was running for reelection in 2022. A TDS judge signed a warrant that allowed the FBI to raid President Trump’s home, and that warrant gave the FBI permission to murder members of Trump’s family if they resisted.
They charged Trump with “stealing” documents, with trying to overturn the stolen 2020 election, and with inciting his followers to stage an insurrection. They charged him with real estate “crimes” that weren’t crimes. They charged him in New York, Georgia, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
Every single one of those cases would have been tossed out of court by an honest, legitimate judge. (In fairness, the Florida case was thrown out by Judge Aileen Cannon.)
After BLM burned down American cities and got away with it, January 6ers were charged and treated like terrorists by the FBI and the court system. Most of those cases would have been laughed out of court if they had been tried in any venue other than the District of Columbia. President Trump’s pardon of 1,500 January 6ers was completely legitimate because their prosecutions were illegitimate.
You can’t charge little old ladies carrying knitting needles with terrorism for walking into a public building. You’re truly a piece of sh*t judge if you think that’s legitimate.
Despite facing all those criminal charges, the American voters handed Donald Trump a resounding victory in 2024. He swept all seven of the swing states and won the popular vote. The reason why this happened is because the American people said, “The Judicial branch has lost all credibility with us. If they can treat a former president like that, what chance do any of us have?”
Congress controls the power of the purse strings and it has the power of impeachment. The president controls the military and federal law enforcement agencies. What power does the Judiciary branch have?
The only way that our court system in this country works is if the voters grant it legitimacy. By reelecting Donald Trump, we sent a strong message that the federal courts no longer have any legitimacy in our eyes. If the people thought the criminal cases against Donald Trump were legitimate, they wouldn’t have reelected him!
The efforts to impeach these activist TDS judges will go nowhere. That’s just a PR stunt by House Republicans. They’ll never get seven Democrats in the Senate to vote to convict these judges and toss them off the bench.
That leaves this situation in the hands of the US Supreme Court. The District courts that keep blocking President Trump’s actions are not even in the Constitution. They were a creation of Congress. The idea that some lower court judges should somehow have the power to block legitimate presidential actions would have the Founding Fathers turning over in their graves.
If Chief Justice John Roberts cares about the legitimacy of the Judicial branch—and we hope he does—then the high court needs to step in and put a stop to this. If the Supreme Court doesn’t step in, President Trump will be forced to destroy the legitimacy of the lower courts by simply ignoring them. They don’t have the power to enforce anything anyway.
That would be a true constitutional crisis, but it can be avoided if the Supreme Court does the right thing.
