President Trump’s legal team has launched a new request to disqualify Judge Juan Merchan from the fake Stormy Daniels case in New York. Evidence uncovered by independent journalist Julie Kelly shows that the Merchan family’s financial ties to Kamala Harris and other prominent Democrats are much deeper than originally thought.
Merchan’s daughter more than doubled her political consulting firm’s revenue compared to before her father was prosecuting Donald Trump.
It’s been more than two months since President Trump was found “guilty” of 34 counts of labeling payments to his lawyer as “legal expenses.” Which is apparently a crime in New York, but only for Donald Trump.
Merchan has delayed the president’s sentencing until September, to try to inflict maximum damage against him in the 2024 election.
The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, runs a political consulting firm in New York called Authentic Campaigns. Julie Kelly obtained the financial reports from Authentic Campaigns and it is incredibly revealing.
The company has raked in around $12.7 million this year, which is an 86% increase over what it made in 2022. Democrats paid Merchan’s company $6.7 million between January 1 and July 1 in 2022. Ms. Merchan’s booming business just so happened to coincide with the time when Trump’s bogus and fake trial got underway in New York.
Judge Merchan imposed a gag order on President Trump to prevent him from speaking publicly about the case, or about how the judge’s family is getting filthy stinking rich off the trial. Trump was held in contempt of court within the first two weeks of the gag order being imposed. The gag order is still in place as of August.
The main client of Authentic Campaigns, who has showered Judge Merchan’s daughter with more than $8 million, is Russia hoaxer Adam Schiff (D-CA). He’s running for US Senate in California this year. Back in 2019, when Schiff was leading the first impeachment hoax against President Trump, he paid Merchan’s firm $4 million to spread Schiff’s lies on social media.

Just as a reminder, Schiff was censured by the House of Representatives last year in June for repeatedly lying to the American people about Russian collusion.
Assassination cheerleader Dan Goldman (D-NY) has paid Merchan’s firm $57,000 this year to place digital ads for his campaign. He served as a lawyer on the first hoax impeachment trial against President Trump. Last November, Goldman stated in an interview that President Trump “must be eliminated.” Maybe the Secret Service should pay him a visit, considering what just happened in July?
Tammy Baldwin, Corey Booker, Tina Smith, and Jon Tester (all Democrats) have paid Loren Merchan’s firm six figures to help run their campaigns this year.
Fake kidnapping victim Gretchen Whitmer, who banned the sale of paint to stop COVID, has a fundraising PAC called “Fight Like Hell.” The PAC has Ms. Merchan’s firm on retainer for $8,000 a month. That relationship started with an initial payment of $76,035 in July of last year, just three months after the case was assigned to Judge Merchan.
This is how the regime rewards its loyalists. It’s a form of money laundering that happens right in plain sight. Everyone knows that Donald Trump is being railroaded and that the broken justice system in New York has not given him a fair trial.
We see it all the time. The Justice Department just issued a settlement agreement with Russia hoaxers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. They gave them $2 million of your tax money after they ran the Russia hoax against President Trump. Former Attorney General Bill Barr got $2 million for a book deal after he betrayed Trump. Mike Pence got a $4 million deal!
The new timetable for President Trump’s sentencing in Judge Merchan’s crooked courtroom should have us worried. The sentence was originally supposed to happen on July 7. That got pushed back, though, because the Democrats decided to try to kill President Trump instead. After they failed at that, we should be concerned that Merchan will try to send him to prison right before the election.
There’s one more reason why Merchan should be kicked out of the case. Authentic Campaign has listed its biggest client ever at the top of its website: Kamala Harris for President.
