One thing you’ll notice quickly if you’re on social media these days is that a lot of people are now feeling helpless about the election. It feels like the system is on rails at this point and we just have to wait until the votes are counted on Tuesday (or up to two weeks after that if you live in Arizona).
You may have already voted early. We have every reason to feel nervous about this election, especially after the 2020 election was brazenly stolen in front of us.
This ain’t 2020, folks. And there’s plenty you can do between now and Election Day to defeat any feelings of helplessness you have.
Earlier this week, we noted that it feels like many of the people voting early this year are either first-time voters or low-propensity voters who haven’t been active in previous elections. That’s been confirmed now. Let’s dive into some of the latest figures in Georgia, as just one example.
More than a million people have voted early in Georgia this year. The state was stolen from Donald Trump in 2020 by a margin of 11,779 votes. Out of the million early voters this year, 613,000 of them did not vote in the 2020 election. They either did not live in Georgia in 2020, were not old enough to vote, they’ve moved back after living in other states for a while, or they’ve been registered for decades but did not vote in 2020.
That’s 613,000 people in one state. Do you honestly think that there’s some massive groundswell of support for Kamala Harris that’s contributing to that? Family grocery bills have almost doubled since Harris has been in office. People get up and walk out of Kamala’s rallies as soon as Rosie O’Donnell’s ugly twin brother Bruce Springsteen gets done “singing.” The advantage of those 613,000 new people voting favors Donald Trump.
You’ll also notice a lot of people complaining on social media that the Democrats are cheating again this year. Of course they are. But have you noticed what’s different this year?
We have a free speech platform on the internet this year where people can immediately report fraud! It’s called X.com, formerly Twitter. Elon Musk has even set up a dedicated channel on the platform where people can post evidence of fraud when they encounter it at the polls. The RNC is immediately responding to every claim.
An army of RNC lawyers swooped into Michigan this week and had 168,000 duplicate votes removed from the totals when they saw a report on Twitter/X about it. The RNC had no similar infrastructure in place in 2020 and it was being run by clowns.
I’ll never forget what happened in Arizona in 2020. Ronna Romney McDaniel and Harmeet Dhillon stood there at a press conference and told the world they would stay in Arizona and litigate the obvious fraud for “as long as it takes.” They packed their suitcases and left the very next day after the RNC had its first lawsuit dismissed without standing. Such fighters!
The RNC is aggressively fighting fraud and nipping problems in the bud this year and do you know what? The Democrats are scared this time. They’re not even filing court challenges against the Republicans’ efforts this year because there is so much sunlight on the fraud. They know that Kamala is a horrible candidate and that if and when she loses, they’re going to jail if they get caught cheating in the 2024 election!
So, what can you do between now and Tuesday if you’re feeling helpless about the election?
Volunteer. Call your local GOP office and ask how you can help. They need people to man the phone banks to get out the vote. They need people to stand on street corners at busy intersections and wave signs, reminding every motorist that they need to vote for Donald Trump and for every down-ballot Republican. They need people to drive elderly Republicans or folks who don’t own a car to their polling places.
If you can do any of those things, get out and do it! If you feel helpless right now, it’s because you’re not doing anything. Even if you don’t live in a swing state, you will be increasing Donald Trump’s popular vote total.
Also, don’t forget to pray! This election is for all the marbles.
