The Courts Are Not Going to Save Us in 2024

You’ve probably heard by now that Kari Lake lost her latest election lawsuit in Arizona. We didn’t cover the case very much, because frankly, we’ve lost all faith in the courts as an institution in this country. Our cases are always “dismissed without standing” or in Lake’s case, just flat-out dismissed. When their side sues us, on the other hand, they always win election cases. Weird how that happens.

I’ve been thinking about this for a couple of weeks now, ever since that Hillary pantsuit-wearing shrew on CNN tried to debate President Trump in that town hall meeting. “60 court cases found no evidence of election fraud. That was debunked,” she snorted.

It is not now and never has been the duty of a court to FIND evidence. The job of the courts is to HEAR evidence and then rule based on the evidence they review. In the 60 court cases that Trump’s team brought after the 2020 election, no court ever looked at the evidence of fraud. That doesn’t mean the evidence of fraud does not exist. In all 60 of those cases, the courts dismissed the cases because they claimed that the complainants did not “have standing” to sue. If Donald Trump does not have standing to sue over his own stolen election, then who does?

No one does. This was the biggest failure of the American court system in our nation’s history.

The former group Clean Elections USA was just sued by the League of Women Voters in Arizona. Clean Elections USA was the group that did tailgate parties to watch drop boxes prior to the 2022 midterm elections. The League of Women Voters sued claiming that the people patriotically observing the unsecured drop boxes were “intimidating voters.”

The two groups just reached a settlement on Sunday. Clean Elections USA’s leader, Melody Jennings, “agreed to publicly condemn intimidation of any kind in connection with the exercise of the right to vote.”

The Biden Department of Justice sued the group back in November, right before the 2022 midterms, and won an injunction against the group to stop them from peacefully and patriotically observing the ballot drop boxes. Most people don’t remember that, but the Biden regime was so concerned about Kari Lake and Blake Master that they sent the DOJ in to stop people from observing drop boxes. They argued that the group was engaging in “vigilante ballot security efforts” and claimed that Clean Elections USA was violating the Voting Rights Act.

This is the same Justice Department that yawned when Black Panthers were standing outside polling places with sticks and chasing white people off during Hussein Obama’s first election in 2008.

The League of Women Voters came along and sued Clean Elections USA with its deep pockets. The League of Women Voters collects about $100 million in donations every year from leftwing billionaires. Clean Elections USA probably had about $300 in its account, which explains why they settled the case. Oh, and Clean Elections USA no longer even exists.

Since the media is on the same side as the courts and the Democrat Party, Axios reported on the settlement by saying that Clean Elections USA “has promoted baseless claims from a discredited movie of ‘ballot harvesting’ in 2020 in Arizona and other swing states.”

That “discredited movie” was Dinesh D’Souza’s “2,000 Mules,” and I’ll be that every person reading this has seen it. What exactly were the baseless claims? They used video showing that the same individuals were visiting dozens of drop boxes in Maricopa County and dumping multiple ballots in each one, all of which was illegal. As President Trump noted while arguing with the Hillary pantsuit-wearing broad, it was all captured on government cameras.

The people in the videos all started wearing latex gloves and disguises the day after one election fraudster was convicted based on his fingerprints on ballots that he had stuffed in drop boxes. They knew what they were doing. And none of it has ever been debunked. Saying it’s been “debunked” or is “baseless” is just as empty an argument as saying the courts “found no evidence.”

When we go to court, they win, and we lose. That’s the new rule. Which means we cannot rely on the courts in 2024. We’re going to have to win this on our own and on the ground. This one is for all the marbles.
