President Biden is pissed, the courts put an end to his party’s plot to remove his biggest political rival from the ballot so now he’s out to make big changes to the institution as payback. In response to the Supreme Court ruling that a president is immune from prosecution for any official acts carried out as president, destroying the Democrats lawfare campaign against Donald Trump, Biden has DECLARED WAR on SCOTUS.
Biden began the week with a bang by bringing forth radical changes he plans to the nation’s highest court. He told voters he was forced to do this because the Supreme Court was mired in scandals and needed to be reformed.
Biden is demanding term limits for Supreme Court justices, as well as a “No One is Above the Law” amendment that would read there is “no immunity for crimes a former president committed while in office.”
Biden said that “the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision on July 1 to grant presidents broad immunity from prosecution for crimes they commit in office means there are virtually no limits on what a president can do.”
This is just a blatant lie considering that the immunity specifically refers to a president’s ability to exercise his core constitutional powers which are defined by the constitution.
But this is what Democrats do—they manipulate the facts so they can make changes to suit their needs.
It’s painfully obvious from this list of demands from Joe Biden that Democrats are still fuming over the fact their plan to remove their candidate’s biggest rival from the ballot was thwarted by the Supreme Court’s ruling. They had pinned all their hopes of winning 2024 on using their corrupt justice department to throw Trump behind bars and secure a presidential victory that way.
Biden’s demand for term limits for justices conveniently would allow him to appoint several new justices before he leaves the White House. His amendment that would have a president “appoint a justice every two years to spend 18 years in active service on the Supreme Court.”
If it succeeds this means that 3 conservative justices would conveniently be removed in 2024 – just what the Democrats want.
In the past the Democrats have talked a lot about packing the court in order to make it far more liberal but it seems they’ve found a dangerous new method to destroy the court as we know it, and seize control of it afterwards.
But the fact that they’re legitimately trying to pass this off as though it were actually Biden’s idea is just an insult to the American people’s intelligence.
Top investigative journalist Seymour Hersh recently revealed inside details CONFIRMING that Barack Obama led the coup against Biden and threatened to remove him via the 25th amendment if he didn’t step down as their 2024 candidate.
The 25th amendment allows the VP and cabinet majority to oust a president who is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”
The Democrats all KNOW that Biden is senile and were willing to remove him. Why else would they keep him in power now if NOT to use him and his senility as a cover for radical policies like this declaration of war on SCOTUS?
Obama is acting as a shadow dictator, running the country from behind a curtain and IF Kamala Harris gets into office, we would be giving that Obama dictatorship 8 more years to destroy America.
