Bizarre: Biden DOJ Claims States Removing Illegals from Voter Rolls are “Breaking the Law”

For some bizarre reason the federal government keeps on suing states for REMOVING illegal immigrants from their voter rolls… I wonder why?

Late last week Biden’s Department of Justice announced that they were suing the state of Virginia – which just so happens to be very important in the 2024 election – for removing non-citizens from its voter rolls.

The DOJ, working on behalf of the Democratic party, is claiming that Virginia has violated federal election laws by cleaning up their voter rolls to stop illegals from voting. They claim that the violation occurred because its “too close” to the November 5th election.

DOJ officials announced, “The Justice Department announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against the State of Virginia, Virginia State Board of Elections and Virginia Commissioner of Elections to challenge a systematic state program aimed at removing voters from its election rolls too close to the Nov. 5 general election in violation of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).”

In an apparent effort to protect the voting ability of NON-CITIZENS long enough for them to vote for Democratic nominee Kamala Harris this November, the DOJ is claiming that states like Virginia who are striking non-citizens from their voter rolls are doing so too closely to the election.

The right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy and the Justice Department will continue to ensure that the rights of qualified voters are protected,” the DOJ added, which is a pretty strange thing to say considering that non-citizens have no “right” to vote in America and those seem to be the only people they’re looking out for.

This DOJ lawsuit against Virginia and its Governor Glenn Youngkin (R) comes two months after the governor issues an executive order shoring up elections in the state to protect against foreign fraud.

Youngkin, in response to the DOJ’s lawsuit, accused the Biden-Harris DOJ of “attacking the legitimacy of elections” in an effort to rig the outcome in their favor.

However, he vowed that the state will fight back against a clearly tyrannical DOJ that couldn’t care less about the American people, and is only concerned with making sure the Democrats win the election – no matter the cost.

Other states have fallen victim to the treachery of the federal government, like Alabama, who was put in the crosshairs of a similar DOJ lawsuit back in September which also was designed to make sure illegals could vote.

After Alabama – which has some of the most secure voter rolls in the nation – flagged and removed 3,000 non-citizens from their voter rolls, the DOJ came after them using this same argument that they have somehow violated federal law by refusing to allow foreign nationals to vote in American elections.

What’s going on here is really quite clear and it has been for some time now.

Over the past 3.5 years the Biden-Harris regime has imported millions upon millions of illegal immigrants, and now their crooked DOJ is making sure that they’re able to illegally vote this November.

The only word for this is TREASON.
