Sanctuary cities are doing everything they can to prevent President Trump’s compassionate mass deportation measures from being implemented. New York City has released nearly 7,000 violent illegal alien criminals from its jails this year, rather than turning them over to ICE for deportation. More than two dozen of those illegal aliens were being held on murder charges. They just turned them loose on the streets, where many of them will no doubt kill again soon.
Here’s a look at just a few of the scumbag murderers that New York City released to defy the Trump administration.
Luis Franklin Tenesaca-Palzhizaca is an illegal alien from Ecuador. He was arrested on public disorder crimes in New York City last August. City officials turned him loose, rather than honoring the ICE detainer. On September 24, Tenesaca-Palzhizaca was rearrested for murdering an American.
An illegal from Mexico named William Alexander Paredes-Vasquez was arrested this summer on murder charges. ICE issued a detainer for him, so the city let him back out on the streets. He’s still on the loose!
Jose Antonio Andreo-Quezada is a Cuban illegal alien. He’s been convicted in New York courts of crimes including murder, larceny, possession of stolen property, drug possession, burglary, assault, and more. He was rearrested on a probation violation in July. As soon as ICE put in a detainer on him, New York City let him out!
Anastacio Tejada Almonte is an illegal from the Dominican Republic. His list of crimes includes murder, assault, possession of a dangerous weapon, and flight to avoid prosecution. ICE lodged a detainer on him in May, so the New York Department of Corrections let him out of prison in July.
Alex Jareth Martinez-Avila is an illegal alien from Honduras. He was arrested in Queens last May for assault, possession of stolen property, stealing a vehicle, fraud, trespassing, and possession of burglary tools. ICE issued a detainer, so the central booking station turned Martinez-Avila loose on the streets. He was rearrested on September 22 for murdering an American. ICE has issued a new detainer, but New York City might release him again.
Hector De Sousa-Villalta hails from Venezuela. He was sent to prison at Rikers Island for murder, possession of a weapon, possession of narcotics, public disorder, and assault. As soon as ICE lodged a detainer, requesting that he be released into their custody, they turned him loose from prison.
This shows the depths of depravity that Communist Democrats are willing to sink to in order to “defy Trump.” They’ll turn convicted illegal alien murderers loose on the streets rather than allowing them to be deported. New York has released 6,947 violent, repeat offenders this year to prevent Trump from kicking them out of the country. According to the Department of Homeland Security, 29 of those individuals were scumbag murderers. Even the ones who aren’t murderers are not exactly a cup of tea.
Take Jesus Romero-Hernandez, for example. He’s a violent lunatic from Mexico. He was deported from the US seven times previously, each time for committing violent attacks on innocent people. He reentered the country when Dirty Diaper Joe threw the border wide open. Romero-Hernandez was arrested—again—for attacking a cop in Ithaca with a machete. ICE managed to track him down and deport him for the eighth time after New York authorities let him go.
It was probably only a matter of time before Romero-Hernandez would have murdered an American. That doesn’t matter to the commies in New York, though.
The voters in New York will have a chance to remedy this in 2026. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) is running for governor against the communist Kathy Hochul, who is releasing illegal alien murderers back onto the streets. Stefanik enjoys a broad base of support among Republican voters.
If she can tap into disgruntled independent and moderate Democrat voters (if those still exist), she has a shot at turning things around. The deportations also work in Stefanik’s favor. Every illegal alien that ICE catches represents one less vote for Hochul.
If the voters in New York don’t wise up and elect Stefanik, they’ll just have to get used to illegal alien murderers and child rapists wandering around in their midst. What a choice!
