The Democrats have successfully ousted Joe Biden in a coup but they’re not done with him yet… things are about to get MESSY.
According to the Heritage Oversight Project, in some states there are only TWO WAYS through which Joe Biden can be officially replaced on the ballot – and resignation is not one of them.
These states include must win swing states like Nevada and Wisconsin which only let the candidate be changed if a nominee dies or are determined to be mentally unable to proceed.
In other words Biden either has to die or be replaced by the 25th Amendment in order for Democrats to get their new candidate on the ticket in these states.
Back in June Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz said that “This whole idea, this whole notion that maybe they should get a different candidate — that’s not how the system works, folks!”
“It depends on the states. Elections are not run by the party, they’re not run by the federal government — they’re administered by states. Each state has state law,” Chaffetz continued. “Once you go through the primary, once you go through the caucus, you have to follow that law.”
So what does this mean?
Well the Democrats could use the 25th Amendment to remove Biden from office but that would mean they have to come out and say that their president, who they have defended so hard over the past four years, is too incompetent to run the country.
While this is an option, it’s the less likely of the two considering the potentially damaging political implications.
As for the other option – Biden’s death – well HERE is where things get truly interesting.
After Biden’s resignation, the Biden family has suddenly admitted for the first time that they think Joe is about to die.
Frank Biden told CBS news that Joe’s health absolutely played a “considerable role” in his decision to drop out.
“I’m incredibly proud of my brother. Selfishly I will have him back to enjoy whatever time we have left,” Frank said, using the words of a man who seemingly knows that the end is near for his brother.
The general consensus seems to be that the Democrats are going to kill Joe Biden off in order to comply with the state’s laws on replacing him.
However, it likely won’t be old-age that takes out Biden.
Maybe that was their plan initially, but the failed attempt on Donald Trump’s life has created both a massive problem and a massive opportunity for whoever is calling the shots on the left.
You see, Trump being shot in the head and surviving has transformed him into a presidential candidate that is almost unbeatable, so even if the Democrats have a candidate that’s “better” than Joe Biden in Kamala Harris, it might STILL not be enough.
That’s the problem.
As for the opportunity? Well the deep state Democrats could VERY WELL set up a false flag HIT on Joe and then claim that it was some “Maga supporter” getting revenge for Donald Trump. Or they could claim Covid took Biden out.
This would not only take care of their Biden problem – but it would also theoretically offset the popularity boost that Trump has received since being shot and allow them to advance their narrative about Trump supporters being a “threat to democracy.”
At first this might sound crazy but we can put NOTHING past today’s Democrats who have made it clear that the ONLY THING they care about is holding onto power – whatever it takes.
