The Biden regime’s lawfare campaign against conservatives just got exposed in a way that leaves no room for doubt. During FBI Director Kash Patel’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed whistleblower evidence about “Operation Arctic Frost.” This wasn’t some ordinary investigation. It was a partisan strike force, created in 2022, under President Biden, to cripple Donald Trump’s return to the White House — and to crush the conservative movement around him.
Grassley confirmed that the FBI’s hit list included not only President Trump, but also Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA and 91 other right-leaning organizations. “In other words, Arctic Frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump,” Grassley said. “It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.”
The arrogance was baked right into the name. An “Arctic Frost” is a type of mandarin fruit. Orange. The FBI wanted to “freeze” the Bad Orange Man — Donald Trump — before he could retake the Oval Office. This operation kicked off in April 2022, right as Americans were clamoring for Trump’s comeback. By the time Trump hinted at a “big announcement” during CPAC that August, the FBI and DOJ were fully locked and loaded. The very next morning, Jack Smith’s FBI team raided Mar-a-Lago with kill orders in hand if Trump or his family resisted. Thankfully they were not at home of the time of the raid.
That raid was only one chapter. Arctic Frost meant unleashing Biden’s entire prosecutor network: Alvin Bragg’s phony Stormy Daniels case in New York, Fani Willis’s Georgia indictments, and Jack Smith’s sham cases in Florida and D.C. All coordinated. All designed to criminalize opposition.
This is why politicizing a government department is so dangerous. When agencies like the FBI become tools of one party, Americans lose trust in equal justice. For four years under Joe Biden, conservatives have felt the weight of weaponized government. Parents protesting pornographic school books were branded “domestic terrorists.” Pro-life activists had FBI agents with rifles show up at their homes at dawn. Catholics attending Latin Mass were secretly surveilled as “radical traditionalists.” And whistleblowers inside the Bureau who dared to speak out were punished and sidelined.
None of that kept Americans safe. All of it protected the regime.

President Trump wasted no time blasting the revelations. In a statement, he asked, “Why was the wonderful Turning Point under INVESTIGATION by ‘Deranged’ Jack Smith and the corrupt Biden Administration?” He added, “They tried to force Charlie, and many other people and movements, out of business.”
Trump made it clear this wasn’t only about him. The same FBI that smeared him as a criminal went after Charlie Kirk and the young conservative movement Kirk built from the ground up. Turning Point USA — a nonprofit dedicated to campus organizing and free speech — was treated like a criminal cartel. “They weaponized the Justice Department against Sleepy Joe Biden’s political opponents, including ME!” Trump wrote.
That’s the heart of it. Arctic Frost wasn’t law enforcement. It was political suppression — the very definition of election interference.
Charlie Kirk never said publicly that the FBI harassed him, but whistleblowers and subpoenas now prove that he and his movement were in their crosshairs.
Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton also confirmed he got a subpoena during Arctic Frost. And countless others — donors, activists, campaign staffers — were dragged into interrogations and surveillance simply for backing the wrong man.
So yes, we now know what Arctic Frost really was: Joe Biden continued the weaponization of the he learned as Barack Obama VP’s to wage war on Donald Trump and other effective conservative leaders who threatened their reign. It wasn’t about justice. It wasn’t about safety. It was about freezing Donald Trump, destroying Charlie Kirk, and intimidating an entire political movement into silence.
It didn’t work. And now the truth is finally out.
