Four Reasons to be Grateful This Thanksgiving Day

For anyone whose even remotely followed politics over the last 8+ years, it’s felt like a non-stop war to save America, ESPECIALLY around election time.

But now that the election is over and the good guys won, let’s take a moment to breathe and reflect on some of the things that we can be grateful for at this time.

Here are 4 things that patriotic Americans can be thankful for following the results of this year’s presidential election.

  1. Sanity Returns to Washington

To steal a phrase which President Joe Biden’s administration laughably deployed when they took power in 2021, “the adults are back in charge.”

Over the past 4 years we have dealt with some of the most ridiculous child-like decision making out of the White House – that is, when Joe Biden wasn’t sleeping at 7PM as our enemies laughed us.

And it certainly wasn’t just Joe – his ENTIRE CABINET was a joke. From the disastrous Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg who took months of paternity leave right in the middle of a supply chain crisis, to the Assistant Health and Human Services Secretary Rachel Levine who argued that pushing hormone replacement therapy on tiny children was best for America.

These people are all going to be GONE FOR GOOD and that’s certainly something to be happy about.

2. No More Kamala Harris

America just escaped what would have been one of the most painful four years of our lives, where we would have been forced to listen to a cackling President Kamala Harris telling us to ignore the fact that eggs are up 500% and just believe everything is going to be okay because “she grew up middle class.”

There’s not a doubt in most Americans’ minds that Kamala would have been an even WORSE president than Joe Biden has been which is to say we really dodged a bullet there, and we can definitely be thankful for that.

In fact, it’s likely one day even liberals will be grateful that Kamala Harris didn’t win… because she’s that bad…

3. Bye-Bye Celebrities Unsolicited Political Opinions

As they often do, all of the Hollywood celebrities came out of the woodworks to tell us peasant folk why we HAD to vote Democrat (while being paid by Kamala’s campaign) and we basically couldn’t watch any form of entertainment without having this message shoved down our throats.

Well now that the election is over and America made it clear that we don’t care about what these out-of-touch celebs have to say about politics, we can expect many of these know-it-alls to put their political opinions back in the closet.

4. No More Needless Wars

Since becoming President-Elect, Donald Trump has managed to ease tensions in the middle east and inspire a cease-fire between Israel and Lebanon.

With his first-term proving that he is TRULY the only anti-war president America has had in far too long, we can expect to see a whole lot more of that over the next four years, assuming of course they don’t start the big one (WWIII) before he gets into office.

Our brothers and sisters or sons and daughters, will not have to die in pointless conflicts, fighting foreign governments simply because we elected Trump as our president.

This list could go on and on but the point is, take a breath, America is back on track – let’s take the day and be grateful.
