Joe Biden was never a real president. The man has been non compos mentis since at least 2019, during the Democrat primaries for the 2020 election. As a result, nothing that he signed with his own hand from 2021 through January 2025 was valid. Neither were the documents, pardons, and executive orders that were signed by an Autopen. We’ve been reporting this for years, and the House Oversight Committee has just confirmed that we were right. Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has turned over hundreds of pages of documents to the Justice Department. He’s calling on Attorney General Pam Bondi to nullify Biden’s pardons and executive orders.
The Biden Autopen scandal has now been elevated to a criminal level. Nearly every legal document that was signed during Biden’s fake “presidency” was signed by the Autopen. The man was almost never aware that his corrupt staffers were using the Autopen to sign his name to legal documents. That’s forgery and fraud.
The purpose of the Autopen was never to use it to sign legal documents. Presidents have to sign a lot of things while they’re in office. Sometimes, they have to sign trivial things like certificates of achievement, mass letters, and correspondence. The Autopen was never intended for use for legal documents like presidential pardons or executive orders.
Everyone knew that Joe Biden had dementia in 2019, when he was running for president. This blew up during one of the Democrat primary debates, when Julian Castro called him out for being a forgetful old man:
They kept Biden hidden away in his basement for the entire 2020 campaign. His podcast interviews were disasters. His mind kept wandering. He’d start making up some BS about how he used to be a train conductor or how his house once burned down (total lies). Then, one of his staffers would abruptly pull the plug on his laptop and end the interview.
By October 2021, Joe Biden’s dementia was so advanced that his inner circle began hiding him from everyone. This was the same month that Biden pooped his pants in front of the Pope. He spoke to the House Democrat caucus that month, and it was a disaster. He was supposed to lay out the Democrat agenda for the budget that fall.
Instead, Biden spoke for 40 minutes about total nonsense. He never once mentioned the budget or any of the Democrat Party’s priorities. He finally wandered off, and a flustered Nancy Pelosi then had to explain the budget priorities to the caucus. That was the last time that Joe Biden spoke alone in a room with his own party.
They kept him shut away after that. They even set up a fake Fisher Price Oval Office playset in a building away from the White House, to record him making “announcements.”
The whole time that this was happening, his staff was running hog wild with the Autopen, signing executive orders and presidential pardons. They may have even used the Autopen to sign some bills into law. Biden never even knew this was happening.
It’s sad when it happens, but when someone gets old and develops dementia, they lose all sorts of legal rights. They can’t manage their checking account or own a gun, and they certainly can’t sign their name to legal documents.
That’s James Comer’s argument now. Joe Biden wasn’t even aware that his commie staffers had mass pardoned 1,600 convicts, including child murderers and rapists. All those executive orders that were signed with the Autopen? They should be null and void.
The House Oversight Committee has now done all the groundwork in this investigation. They’ve turned over depositions and documents to the Justice Department. Biden’s inner circle didn’t document the decision-making process behind the use of the Autopen, because he wasn’t involved in it at all. We had a committee of unelected Communists running the country for four years.
Joe Biden was basically in hospice care, except for those rare moments when they’d juice him up with Ambien and barbiturates to make him sit still and read a teleprompter for 20 minutes.
If you fraudulently signed a bunch of legal documents for a nursing home patient, you could go to jail for forgery and fraud. That’s what needs to happen to Joe Biden’s staffers. Attorney General Pam Bondi says the DOJ is reviewing the Oversight Committee’s investigation, and plans to act on it.
