The Chinese communist party (CCP) has managed to set up a “shadow justice system” in the United States using a network of U.S. based nonprofits that act as a front for a Chinese intelligence agency.
Through this shadow justice system, the CCP is able to impose their own set of laws in the United States of America.
The Chinese nonprofit network consists of more than 12 organizations and expands into major states and jurisdictions across the country, including California, the greater Washington, D.C. area, Hawaii, and New York.
These nonprofits share information with Chinese law enforcement officials and even host underground “courtrooms” in the U.S. which many fear the CCP could be using to punish dissidents and expand communist influence in America.
Liu Pengyu, a Chinese Embassy spokesperson, claimed that “Chinese law enforcement agencies conduct foreign law enforcement cooperation strictly in accordance with international law, fully respect foreign laws and judicial sovereignty, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of criminal suspects in accordance with the law.”
Except… that’s a lie!
The CCP is using these American-based nonprofits as a front for a Chinese intelligence agency known as the “United Front Work Department” (UFWD).
According to admissions made by the CHINESE GOVERNMENT, Chinese law enforcement agencies tapped at least eight U.S. nonprofit leaders to serve as “overseas mediators” and “hearing officers” for underground courts on American soil.
Several of the individuals involved in this were ALSO involved in a network of secret U.S. based Chinese police stations which existed, in part, to forcibly repatriate individuals back to China. Some of them even pleaded guilty to “conspiring to act as an illegal agent” of China while running these secret police stations.
The concern for the United States is that these secret organizations are vehemently pro-CCP.
Chinese intelligence expert Ina Mitchell said, “I can see them being strong-armed into spying and other illegal activity on U.S. soil.”
Another national security expert, Dr. Lawrenece Sellin said, “In reality, they are means by which the CCP can monitor and, when needed, punish members of the Chinese diaspora if they deviate from the CCP agenda,”
Sellin continued, “That degree of control allows the CCP to enlist Chinese community members, willingly or unwillingly, as foot soldiers in the conduct of influence and espionage operations in the United States, which represents a national security threat.”
Another experienced intel officer said this could be part of the CCP’s next step in their “ever-expanding foreign infiltration strategy.”
“China has built a vast UFWD network in the U.S. that the Chinese government and Party agencies use for command and control purposes,” said Scott McGregor, a former Royal Canadian Mounted Police intelligence official. “These organizations are the main tool in China’s ever expanding foreign infiltration strategy that now includes the installation of China’s court and policing overseas.”
“It is obvious that the next step in the evolution of China expanding its control over overseas Chinese is now the creation of a dual judicial system that China operates inside the U.S.,” McGregor warned.
