Although other polling outlets and news stations are still holding out hope for Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) to become the next House Speaker, RealClearPolitics called it late Saturday. Republicans have won 216 House seats and it projects at least two more victories to provide a GOP majority. It was a clean sweep of the White House, Senate, and House of Representatives. Democrats are now engaging in a circular firing squad to decide who to blame the most.
One party insider says the internal polling for Joe Biden was so bad that he was projected to lose the Electoral College by more than 400 votes to Donald Trump.
Jon Favreau is a former speechwriter for Barack Obama and hosts the Pod Save America podcast. Favreau has revealed that the Democrat Party’s internal polling projected a 400-vote loss for Joe Biden if he had stayed in the race.
Favreau states that Americans were far more upset about inflation than the public polls were indicating. Favreau also blames Biden for Kamala Harris’s loss because Biden stayed in the race far too long.
“Then we find out when the Biden campaign becomes the Harris campaign, that the Biden campaign’s own internal polling at the time when they were telling us he was the strongest candidate, showed that Donald Trump was going to win 400 electoral votes,” stated Favreau.
“Joe Biden’s decision to run for president again was a catastrophic mistake,” he continued. “They refused to acknowledge until very late, that anyone could be upset about inflation. And they just kept telling us that his presidency was historic and it was the greatest economy ever.”
In fairness to Joe Biden, Barack Obama’s underlings have always despised Joe Biden and his team. Obama staffers used to immediately fall silent whenever Biden would walk in the room because they had just been talking about what an idiot he was.
Favreau also directly blames Joe Biden for “shivving” Kamala Harris during the campaign.
Biden donned a MAGA hat more than once during Harris’s doomed campaign. For the first time ever, Jill Biden was spotted wearing a MAGA-red pantsuit on Election Day. Did she vote for Donald Trump? Wouldn’t you love to see a reporter ask her that question? Biden also delivered that statement in which he called all Donald Trump voters “garbage” at a pivotal moment late in the race.
Since Biden’s “help” wasn’t actually helping Kamala Harris, her campaign banned him from making any more appearances or delivering any statements on her behalf. As we’ve been stating all along, Joe Biden wanted Kamala Harris to lose the race. That’s why he chose her in the first place. With his own party forcing him out of the race, Biden wanted his legacy to be that he was the only person who could ever defeat Donald Trump.
Joe Rogan told a fun story last week after the election was over. He noted that Elon Musk had created some sort of an app that would allow him to project election results early. Musk then declared that Trump had won on Election Night and left the watch party at 8:30 p.m. EST. Some smart election observers had called the race by then as well. How did they know so early?

Donald Trump defeated Joe Biden in Florida by a margin of 371,686 votes in 2020. He defeated Kamala Harris by 1,428,695 last week. Trump’s margin of victory increased by 3.8 times over four years ago.
Trump also won historically blue Miami-Dade County. He’s the first Republican to win it in over 3 decades! Harris’s margin of victory in Democrat strongholds, Broward and West Palm Beach counties, was hundreds of thousands of votes lower than Biden’s 2020 victory.
The fact that Trump’s margin of victory in 2024 was almost 400% higher was all the proof that some experts needed. There was no way Harris could squeak out narrow victories in Georgia or the “blue wall” states when she was underperforming and Trump was overperforming that much in historically blue counties in Florida.
It would have been hilarious to watch Joe Biden get drop-kicked by 400 electoral votes, but alas, we’ll never get to see that happen.
Biden’s insiders are furiously rejecting Favreau’s claims about their internal polling but they don’t provide any proof. They expect everyone to just take their word for it. Either way, Trump’s 312 electoral votes against Kamala Harris was more than enough to win the election and far more than any of the pollsters had predicted.
