Mike Rogers Is Not Going to be President Trump’s FBI Director

WASHINGTON, DC - MARCH 14, 2018: Front facade of the J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building in Washington DC

The internet has exploded with rumors this week that Donald Trump plans to appoint Deep State Decepticon Mike Rogers as his FBI Director. This would be catastrophic for President Trump. He’d be arrested the day he leaves office in 2029 on some bogus charge if he appointed Rogers to head up the FBI.

Mike Rogers is one of the last holdovers of the Clinton-Bush-Cheney-Obama-Biden neocon establishment. Trump supporters were rightly upset at the idea of him appointing an ideological clone of Russiagate hoaxer James Comey as the new FBI Director.

Trump, for his part, has not said anything as of this writing about who he plans to appoint as FBI Director. The big media push and freakout over Mike Rogers should be recognizable to most MAGA voters by now. This is more word spellcasting by the media/Deep State complex to try to dupe Trump into appointing Mike Rogers.

Even though most people wouldn’t recognize Mike Rogers if he stepped into the shower with them, the Deep State hopes that by pretending there’s a huge groundswell of support for Rogers, Trump will pick him to lead the FBI.

Rogers has been one of the “worst of the worst” when it comes to neocons who radically transformed America into a security police state after 9/11. He championed the Patriot Act, warrantless wiretaps, and endless spying on innocent Americans. This was not done to protect America from Islamic terrorism as they always claimed. It was done to protect the Deep State from the potential threat of American patriots.

When it was revealed that Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey had illegally spied on Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign, Mike Rogers was one of the most vocal supporters of the Russia hoax. He insisted that the American people should let the “honorable” agents at the FBI see where the evidence leads. When Trump fired James Comey, Mike Rogers was interviewed as a possible replacement for him. Trump passed on him then—and he is passing on Rogers now.

There is no truth to the rumors that Trump was even considering Mike Rogers for FBI Director, as we’ll explain in a moment.

One of the people who is adamantly cheering the idea of Mike Rogers becoming the new FBI Director is Andrew McCabe. Yes, that Andrew McCabe. The same FBI stooge and Russia hoaxer that Donald Trump fired.

“I think Mike Rogers is a totally reasonable, logical selection for FBI director,” McCabe told CNN. “In fact, that’s the decision President-elect Trump makes. I had many interactions with then-representative Rogers during his time as Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.”

I’m sure Donald Trump is sitting there watching CNN in anticipation of who he should pick for his cabinet. Good job, Deep State!

There are three figures still out there that Trump has not nominated to any position in his cabinet that are worth considering. They are Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and Ric Grenell. Dan Bongino is a former Secret Service agent and there are credible reports (meaning not from CNN) that Trump is strongly considering him to head the Secret Service in his administration. That would mean we might finally get some answers to those assassination attempts against President Trump during the 2024 campaign, and the Secret Service would be run by a serious reformer.

Both Kash Patel and Ric Grenell have proven their loyalty to President Trump. Both were instrumental in finally exposing the Russiagate hoax and exonerating Trump from those false accusations. Patel did so as part of former Congressman Devin Nunes’s (R-CA) team on the House Intelligence Committee. Grenell did so when he was brought in to serve as Trump’s Director of National Intelligence. Either one would be a good pick to run the FBI.

Then again, maybe Trump has something else in mind entirely. He could form a new, separate, independent Executive branch investigative unit to root out the corruption at the FBI and the DOJ. Patel and/or Grenell would be excellent choices for such a new unit. We’ll see what Trump has in mind.

As for the idea of Deep State cheerleader and active member Mike Rogers, President Trump was asked directly whether Rogers was under consideration to head the FBI. This is an exact quote from Trump:

“I have never even given it a thought.”
