A new poll from Survey USA shows that rank-and-file Democrat voters have the solution to get their party out of the gutter: Be more communist! A clear majority of Democrats believe that the party should become even more progressive.
Many believe the party is doing nothing wrong and should stay the course by supporting every losing issue with the American people. Only one in five Democrats believe their party should try to move to the center and support some issues that normal, mentally healthy people might appreciate.
This polling should be a wake-up call to Americans that the Democrats should not be allowed back in power—ever.
An even 50% of Democrats said they want the party to move further to the left. Another 24% said they want their party to remain exactly the same.

Despite the best efforts of everyone on Fox News who keeps telling the Democrats what they could do to regain power, the Democrats’ voter base is not listening. The solution in their minds is “More of the same, but even worse!”
The Democrat Party can’t seem to latch onto a winning issue in any area. Name a top 20 issue that the left supports that a sane person might agree with. Go ahead. We’ll wait.
The biggest civil rights battle of our age, according to the Democrats, is allowing mentally ill trannies to crush your biological daughter at sports. After having her medals and trophies stolen from her, your daughter must take a shower with this mentally ill freak in the locker room. If you object to this as a parent, you are the villain of the story.
Democrats also believe that parental rights don’t count if a child decides to switch pronouns or genders. They support having the state take that child out of the home and then destroy them with puberty blockers and genital mutilation surgery. Democrats in Colorado passed a law to do just that if parents object to their child wanting to use new pronouns.
The Democrats’ big cause célèbre this week is trying to rescue an MS-13 human trafficker named Kilmer Abrego Garcia from his home country of El Salvador after President Trump deported him. Abrego Garcia, who the left describes as a “Maryland father,” was pulled over by local law enforcement in Nashville a couple of years ago. He was driving a panel van full of women and children. The cops thought he was involved in human trafficking.
But when the local Nashville officers contacted the Department of Homeland Security, Biden’s DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told them to let him go. Abrego Garcia is such a dangerous foreign terrorist that the El Salvadoran government immediately threw him in prison when he arrived back in his home country.
Democrats want to bring that guy back to America and pay him reparations now. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) says that the taxpayers should be forced to pay Abrego Garcia $1 million for every day that he remains in his home country of El Salvador.
Such popular ideas! I wonder why the Democrats only have a 21% approval rating these days.
Survey USA couldn’t find a single demographic group among Democrats where a plurality believed the party should move to the center. Every demographic believes that the party should become more woke and crazy.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is about as leftwing as you can get and he’s spent years building up goodwill with Democrats. Schumer committed a cardinal sin recently, however. He engaged in bipartisanship during the budget talks with Republicans. For that, they want to primary him and throw him under the bus.
Democrat voters now want that communist ditz, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), to primary Schumer. She’s leading him by double digits in the polls and will likely become New York’s newest US Senator in 2026. This is unbelievable. If you think the Democrats have been a bunch of nutjobs with Schumer in charge, wait until the dimwitted bartender/actress takes over.
This is great news for America! The 20% of remaining Democrats who think that their party should be more centrist are having their Teslas set on fire right now. Their only choice is going to be to move to the right and start voting for “Trumpy” candidates in 2026 and beyond.
