Everyone knows the 2020 election was stolen. Everyone. Even the people who most fervently claim that it was fair and square know that Joe Biden never got 81 million votes. Republican lawmakers in West Virginia are admitting this directly this week.
House Republicans have proposed a concurrent resolution that will prevent their state from recognizing the results of the 2024 election if it is decided by fraud or criminal acts. We’re not even sure what the implications of this are yet, and the lawmakers don’t seem to know either. It sounds like they’ll cross that bridge when they come to it.
House Concurrent Resolution 203 was introduced on Sunday and referred to the West Virginia Committee on the Judiciary. The resolution requests “that the West Virginia legislature shall not recognize an illegitimate presidential election.”
The resolution states that West Virginia will not recognize the election results if Donald Trump or JD Vance is “assassinated, seriously injured during an assassination attempt, incarcerated, de facto eliminated or barred from the ballot in any states, or is the subject of legal actions that preclude their effective campaigning.”
It also expressly accuses the Biden-Harris regime of deliberately withholding Secret Service protection from Donald Trump to try to get him assassinated. It notes that the “Democrat-led regime has utterly failed and continues to fail in a suspicious manner, in its absolute duty to adequately protect the Republican nominee for President.”
The resolution also defines fraudulent election activity and describes most of the methods and tactics that the Democrat Party used to steal the 2020 election from America. These included forged ballots, illegally and illicitly harvested ballots, illegally discarding or destroying ballots or voter registrations, deliberate miscounting of ballots, and algorithmic manipulations of votes or vote tallies. All those things happened in 2020. Everyone knows this.
There’s been a subtle but distinct change in the way that the lying Enemy of the People media talks about the 2020 fraud. Most people haven’t picked it up yet, but it’s there.
Up until recently, whenever Donald Trump or one of his supporters has stated factually that the 2020 election was stolen, they would always say, “There is no evidence of election fraud in 2020.”
When someone brings up the 2020 election now, they say, “No evidence of election fraud was proven in 2020.”
Those are two very different statements. “No evidence” versus “no evidence proven.” I first noticed it when one of the hags in the vice-presidential debate between JD Vance and Tampon Tim took place. Other media figures are starting to say the exact same thing. That’s getting closer to an admission of the truth.
At least they’ve moved on from the ridiculous lie that “no courts ever found evidence of fraud.”
Yeah, no kidding. No court has ever made me a grilled cheese sandwich, either. Do you know why no court has ever made me a grilled cheese sandwich?
Because that’s not the court’s job!
Courts don’t “find evidence.” They are supposed to adjudicate evidence that plaintiffs bring to them. But the cowardly court system—including the US Supreme Court—failed the American people in 2020. After President Trump’s legal team won the first three election fraud cases that it brought in 2020, every court after that found an excuse to dismiss every remaining case for “lack of standing.”
So, what does it mean for West Virginia if the 2024 election is stolen? I have no idea. The resolution doesn’t say. All it notes is that if the West Virginia legislature, the state Attorney General, and the Secretary of State all agree that the election was stolen, they won’t recognize the results.
It ends with the ominous-sounding line, “The Legislature will be called into special session by the Governor to consider actions to preserve the Freedom of our People.”
Does that mean civil war? Will the government declare that no West Virginian has to pay federal taxes any longer and that any federal officer who comes to the state to collect said taxes will be arrested? It seems like they have a lot of options on the table.
The Democrats may or may not manage to steal the 2024 election, but we know they’re going to try. There are trillions of dollars at stake and the corrupt oligarchy in Washington, DC doesn’t want to see Donald Trump return to the White House.
