Throughout the Biden presidency he has made it a habit of his to appoint radical after radical to key positions in our government and his new nominee to lead the Department of Labor is certainly no exception to that.
Julie Su has been the Acting Labor Secretary but Biden just decided to tap her for the position permanently – and her troubling history of radicalism might have something to do with it.
During her previous position as head of California’s Labor Commission, Su authored a memo explicitly directing her staff NOT TO COMPLY with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) – the federal agency tasked with protecting our borders which the radical left has been demonizing for years!
In that memo, Su told staff not to cooperation with the federal immigration agents but instead to ask them to leave the premises.
When Republicans questioned her about the contents of this directive, Su feigned ignorance, she claimed to not have access to the memo and did “not recall its precise contents.”
But Republican Senators concerned with the impact of yet another high ranking radicalized government employee obtained the memo, which states, “Staff should ask the agent to leave our office, including the waiting room, and inform the agent that the Labor Commissioner does not consent to entry or search of any part of our office. Doors that lead to the inner office suite, and office doors that are generally locked or shut, should not be voluntarily opened for the agent.”
She further instructed her staff that even if a warrant was presented, they should STILL not comply, but contact their attorneys instead.
“Staff are directed to contact designated Labor Commissioner Attorneys should an agent actually present a warrant,” the memo reads.
“If the agent states that he or she does not have a warrant, staff should again ask the agent to leave our office, including the waiting room, and state that the Labor Commissioner does not consent to the agent’s entry or search of any part of our office.”
Even without that memo showing her true colors, there is concern about her ability to perform the job, with those opposed to her appointment pointing to billions of dollars in losses due to pandemic unemployment fraud under her watch in California, and a labor position that industry groups have called anti-business.
These are the exact type of people which have infiltrated our government during the Biden administration. They are not your average delusional leftist, these people are much more dangerous, they are full-blown radical activists who intend to use the power of the federal government to transform America into the disaster of a country they fantasize about.
What’s going on at our southern border is no secret, but the fact that Biden seems to be surrounding himself with open-border allies, like Su, at the exact time that Title 42 is slated to end and unleash a wave of illegals upon America is rather disturbing.
