BIDEN’S DOJ Gives Man 10 YEARS in Prison for Sharing Hillary Clinton Meme

America has apparently become a communist nation where joking about politicians is ILLEGAL, according to the corrupt Biden DOJ.

The current regime has made that clear, sentencing a man to 10 YEARS in prison for simply posting anti-Hillary Clinton memes!

Douglass Mackey, also known by his online persona, “Ricky Vaughn,” has been found GUILTY for the supposed crime of sharing memes which undermine Democrats.

The DOJ argued that Mackey was somehow attempting to interfere in the election by sharing memes.

“Mackey has been found guilty by a jury of his peers of attempting to deprive individuals from exercising their sacred right to vote for the candidate of their choice in the 2016 Presidential Election,” stated United States Attorney Breon Peace.

The specific meme which the tyrannical government seemed to take issue with was one which showed an image of a black woman in front of an “African Americans for President Hillary” sign.

“Emblazoned on the picture was the message: ‘Avoid the Line. Vote from Home. Text ‘Hillary’ to 59925. Vote for Hillary and be a part of history.”

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, at least 4,900 people texted “Hillary” to the meme phone number – which was enough for the leftists at the DOJ to cry that he was rigging the election.

As news outlet Revolver News points out, we are in “uncharted territory” with this kind of prosecution in America, and it signals that the Biden administration may have had ENOUGH of free speech.

“This is the most important First Amendment case in the country. The Biden DOJ is attempting to codify the disinformation scam into the criminal code. Mackey’s meme conviction, for which he could face up to 10 years in prison, represents the complete breakdown of the rule of law and constitutional norms in this country—we are in uncharted territory,” Revolver News wrote.

While yes, Mackey’s case is obviously disturbing, it’s even more alarming that this will likely create a NEW precedent for how political enemies are PUNISHED by this regime and all that follow on the left.

Revolver News noted, “The Biden DOJ brought this case for a reason, and if it gets away with it this time, many cases like it will follow. The left’s favorite slur — ‘Disinformation!’ — will soon become its favorite criminal charge as well.”

Journalist Greg Price summed it up best: “The first amendment as we know it died today. This is a completely outrageous decision by a jury in Brooklyn to send this man to jail for tweeting a meme. We are truly living in a third world banana republic.”
