Christine Blasey Ford’s Lawyer ADMITS Claims Against Kavanaugh were Politically Motivated

Christine Blasey Ford accused Supreme Court judge nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her when the two were teenagers. The unsubstantiated accusation dominated the news for a week during Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing last September.

She, and others, trashed the man of faith’s good name and long-standing reputation as an even-handed judge. Standing his ground through those confirmation hearings was like seeing the trials and tribulations of Job play out in national and international headlines.

Although the devoted husband and father weathered the storm and was elevated to the high court on a party-line vote, the character assassination that took place can never be undone. As they say in legal circles, one cannot “unring the bell.”

Blasey-Ford told Congress during the hearing she could not recall where the alleged assault took place or a time. Nor could she get even a single person who was at the alleged house party to corroborate her story of sexual abuse. She couldn’t even recall how she got to or from the fictitious crime scene.

In her opening statement Blasey-Ford told members of the Senate Judicial Committee that her only motivation for coming forward was to tell her story of what Kavanaugh did all those years ago. But a new video of Blasey-Ford’s lawyer, Debra Katz, speaking to a small crowd shows the college professor’s reasons for going public with her abuse allegations may have had some political motivations as well.

“In the aftermath of these hearings, I believe that Christine’s testimony brought about more good than the harm misogynist Republicans caused by allowing Kavanaugh on the court,” Ford’s lawyer Debra Katz reportedly said.

“He will always have an asterisk next to his name. When he takes a scalpel to Roe v. Wade, we will know who he is, we know his character, and we know what motivates him, and that is important. It is important that we know, and that is part of what motivated Christine.”

Detailing “what motivated Christine” is a crucial slip of the tongue because Ford claimed to be only motivated by telling the truth. She made such claims under oath and penalty of perjury to Congress.

Katz seemingly outed Blasey-Ford during a speech at the University of Baltimore’s 11th Feminist Legal Theory Conference. Her talk was called “Applied Feminism and #MeToo.” Apparently, Blasey-Ford and her lawyer always had an agenda to bring down Kavanaugh.

The recent revelation seemingly proves Blasey-Ford was maliciously motivated by her far-left politics to tarnish the reputation of a humble civil servant who volunteered at soup kitchens and coached in his daughters’ youth basketball league.

Upstanding Americans have seen time and time again that extremist liberals care nothing for the truth, fairness, or law and order. They will do anything to get what they want. Justice Kavanaugh and his family were just collateral damage in their power-grabbing schemes. But when Blasey-Ford’s lawyer was taking her victory lap, her boasts may end up costing Blasey-Ford her freedom.

“What’s the worst-case scenario here? Did she make this whole story up? That would be perjury and probably conspiracy,” Judge Andrew Napolitano, a Fox News contributor reportedly said. “Others might have been involved. Does the Justice Department want to investigate this? Or is this just a lawyer saying ‘you know, we lost this, he is on the court. We don’t like him.’”

Under U.S. Code sections 1621 and 1001 of Title 18, deliberately lying to Congress or even withholding information can result in a 5-year prison sentence. Katz’ recent statements appear to trigger both of those scenarios and the potential deception has been heard loud and clear.

North Carolina Sen. Thom Tillis was taken aback by the lawyer’s remarks and appears ready to launch an investigation. He told a reporter, “I think it’s worth just checking off the facts. We had a number of people on the other side of the aisle undermining the credibility of the (Senate Judiciary) committee by threatening to expose information that was committee confidential.”

“We have to always make sure that when people come and give sworn testimony before any congressional committee, that it’s truthful and accurate. Any time that you see something like this, it’s probably worth looking into.”

Other accusers have already been referred to the Department of Justice after admitting they lied to Congress during the Kavanaugh hearings. Judy Munro-Leighton reportedly sent an anonymous letter claiming Kavanaugh raped her. After she was ferreted out, she admitted to lying about the whole thing. Sen. Chuck Grassley referred her for prosecution.

It’s important to remember that Blasey-Ford tried to upend the Kavanaugh appointment anonymously as well. Only after Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein leaked Ford’s information was she thrust into the spotlight.

It appears justice may finally be served now that Blasey-Ford’s unscrupulous lawyer has admitted politics motivated her client to tell a story. Everyday Americans already know in their hearts that Ford is another disgraceful liberal willing to trash anyone who gets in their way!
