A coroner’s report has confirmed that the COVID vaccine is “directly responsible” for the blood clots which killed an otherwise “fit and healthy” 27 year old man named Jack Last.
According to Suffolk senior coroner Nigel Parsley, Jack Last was a victim of blood clots caused by the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine and passed away just a few weeks after receiving the injection.
“In Jack’s case, I will record that Jack Last died of a blood clot to the brain as a direct result of his body’s reaction to the AstraZeneca vaccine given to him,” Parsley said at a government hearing.
Last was given the AstraZeneca vaccine on March 30, 2021. On April 9, 2021, he was forced to go to the emergency room, citing a “throbbing headache.”
Dr. William Petchey, a consultant at the hospital where Last went, said that he initially dismissed cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) as being a migraines due to the fact that they would “spontaneously resolve.”
However, Petchey noted that for some reason there was a delay in conducting a CT venogram scan to rule out the possibility of vaccine-induced immune thrombocytopenia and thrombosis (VITT). When the scan was finally conducted, doctors were able to confirm Last did indeed suffer from CVST.
“Mr. Last was given anticoagulation to thin the clot, but he developed a bleed on the brain,” according to the BBC. He died upon being transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge.
A lawyer representing the family, Michael Portmann-Hann, said that if “treatment would have been started sooner Jack might have survived.”
“On behalf of Jack’s family, we will now be pursuing a clinical negligence case against the hospitals that could and should have been able to do more to try to save him,” Portmann-Hann notified the court.
While several EU countries suspended the AstraZeneca vaccine in March over the known blood clotting issue, the UK government did not begin warning residents against them until April.
Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough pointed to the death of Last as further evidence that autopsy results have been identifying that the COVID vaccines are undoubtedly killing otherwise healthy individuals.
McCullough wrote, “Autopsy studies have been valuable in each and every case of death after taking it. The majority will show a recognized and accepted fatal problem (blood clot, myocarditis, progression of ASCVD, GBS, multi-system inflammatory disorder, VITT, etc).”
This comes after a recent autopsy study in Germany was able to confirm that several individuals who died suddenly after taking the vaccine, had no pre-existing conditions, and were killed by the vaccine itself.
Despite what the CDC continues to claim, these injections don’t sound so “safe and effective” after all.

I regret taking the two clot shots…. Far too many “unexplained” medical issues amongst people in my sphere. And the f*ing government keeps on pushing this poison, even to young children. Absolutely criminal.
I’m an advocate of natural immunity. I have not received shots for COVID. I have not had any cold or flu symptoms for more than a decade and am physically fit for a 60 yr old construction worker. Many of my relatives have had the vaccine and had various bad side effects. Several of my clients have also noted bad side effects from the vaccine. They all have contracted COVID since receiving their shots. Why is a shot not going to guarantee your immunity? Freedom of choice.
This is really getting out of hand. It was out of hand from the first 25 deaths we saw from the C-shot. It should have been halted until investigations were done by non-associated doctors who are familiar with vaccines. Outsider coroners not associated with BIG PHARMA should have also been sought to give their account of what was found. But then, would the demented globalist billionaires pay off these people to fake their findings? Too bad we cannot trust people to honestly care about us anymore.
