Joe Biden’s corrupt DOJ tried a last ditch effort to stop the most important witness in the investigation into Joe Biden and his family’s international crimes over the weekend. It was their latest tyrannical action in their attempts to protect the Biden family. The DOJ tried to have Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Devon Archer, jailed before he could have the chance to testify against the family this week.
Republican House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer warned that that the Department of Justice tried to obstruct the Committee’s investigation into the Biden family after federal prosecutors ordered Archer to report to prison.
What made this obvious that this was a panicked, last ditch effort by Biden’s DOJ was that they tried to jail him on a Saturday. How many lawyers do you know work on a Saturday? This stuff only ever happens on a Monday-Friday basis.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York requested in a letter to U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams to schedule a date for Archer, to report to prison after a jury convicted him of defrauding a Native American tribe and various investment advisory clients of tens of millions of dollars. Archer’s sentence has been postponed due to several appeals from his legal counsel.
“In light of the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment,” the letter read.
Comer said that the timing of this couldn’t be more intentionally corrupt.
“It’s odd that it’s right before he’s scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to speak in front of the House Oversight Committee and tell the American people the truth about what really went on with Burisma,” he said.
“The lengths to which the Biden legal team has gone to try to intimidate our witnesses, to coordinate with the Department of Justice, and to certainly coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee to encourage people not to cooperate with our investigation, to encourage banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury not to let us have access to those suspicious activity reports,” Comer continued.
“It’s very troubling. And I believe that…this is another violation of the law. This is obstruction of justice.”

Earlier reports also indicated that Archer had faced countless threats and was forced into hiding – with many suspecting that the DOJ may have had also had a hand in that.
The Justice Department, meanwhile, has attempted to deny claims of their interference – arguing that news of their efforts to do so was “merely a lie.”
But it seems what really happened was that the DOJ got SO MUCH backlash after the GOP and the public learned about their attempts to stop Archer from talking, that they were forced to backtrack.
The DOJ requested that, should the Court decide on a surrender date for Archer, it be set after his Congressional testimony is completed.

So tiresome. The DOJ, FBI and Secret Service are like the biden mafia family’s personal protection thugs. Archer was going to Jail anyway…A judge sets the date and time. DOJ doing anything is interference and this saga foes on with unsupported indictments of the former president. This whole thing of pick a man who you want to attack and then look for crimes is nauseating.
