Georgia Legislature Passes a Massive Election Integrity Package Ahead of 2024

Morgantown, WV - 29 September 2020: Macro close up of the presidential choice in 2020 election on mail-in paper absentee ballot

A few weeks ago, political watchers were scratching their heads because Joe Biden’s team had abruptly decided they weren’t going to campaign in Georgia in 2024. Why not? The Democrats easily stole the presidential election there in 2020, followed by Georgia’s two US Senate seats in January of 2021.

Now we know why. The legislature has just passed a package of bills that will make election cheating much more difficult in the Peach State, starting this year. The Biden campaign realizes it cannot “win” in 2024 with these new rules in place.

SB 189 was an omnibus bill of election reforms designed to deter the cheating that took place in 2020. All physical ballots in Georgia are now subject to the state’s Open Records Request law. This means that going forward, Georgia’s election results can now be publicly verified.

The ballots from the 2020 election are still sitting in a Georgia warehouse, sealed up tight. At least Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger hasn’t destroyed them. But the courts have been such a failure that no one has been allowed to examine those ballots in the past four years, despite sworn affidavits signed by eyewitnesses who viewed counterfeit ballots, duplicate ballots, and all sorts of other problems. That situation won’t happen again because of SB 189.

The bill also mandates that all early votes and mail-in ballots received before Election Day must be counted by 8 p.m. on Election Night. No more excuses on this. The Democrats can no longer stuff the ballot boxes after the election is over in Georgia, which is what happened on Election Night in 2020. They stopped counting the ballots and sent all the election observers home. Then out came the magic suitcase ballots and somehow Joe Biden “wins” the red state of Georgia by 11,000 votes.

Speaking of the magic suitcase ballots, SB 189 requires new chain of custody rules that counties must implement. There is no possible way that the suitcase ballots at State Farm Arena were valid because you’re not allowed to transport ballots from the precincts in wheelie suitcases. There was no chain of custody on them, and nobody knew where they came from, except for the Democrat operatives who planted them there to steal the election.

The bill also makes it easier to challenge invalid voter registrations. This will improve the accuracy of Georgia’s voter rolls in very quick order. No more vacant lots with 500 registered voters requesting mail-in ballots. The Democrats really squawked about that provision, claiming that Republicans and their debunked conspiracy theories were just trying to kick black people off the voter rolls. Whatever.

A separate bill, HB 1207, makes changes to the law that are designed to protect poll workers and poll watchers. The poll watchers specifically will have new and meaningful access to watch the votes being cast and counted. The Democrat election workers can’t force the Republican poll watchers to sit in a room 30 feet away where they can’t see what’s happening. This bill also makes it mandatory that all election workers must be US citizens. It’s not clear how much of a problem this was in Georgia in the past, but the ballots are cast by Americans, so it makes sense that only Americans should be allowed to handle them.

Another bill, HB 974, requires visible security watermarks on all valid Georgia ballots. This will make it easy for any poll watcher or election worker to immediately identify a counterfeit ballot. This was a huge problem in 2020. Dozens of poll watchers reported seeing counterfeit ballots in 2020 that were printed on flimsy paper stock. They were obviously fake, but again, those ballots are still sitting in a warehouse in Georgia where the courts won’t let anyone inspect them.

This explains why Joe Biden has decided not to campaign in Georgia this year. If the Democrats can’t cheat, they know they can’t win.

Gov. Brian Kemp is expected to quickly sign all the election integrity bills into law, which were passed on party-line votes. You might be wondering why Kemp would sign these bills, given his intense hatred of Donald Trump and his total lack of caring about Georgia’s election integrity after 2020. We’re hearing that behind the scenes, Gov. Kemp is going through some sort of weird Trump Derangement Syndrome midlife crisis and is coasting along as a lame duck already. It sounds like Lt. Gov. Burt Jones is the one who is actually calling the shots.

Whatever the backstage drama is, who cares? This is a huge win for President Trump and Republicans, just in time for the 2024 election.

  1. Ok its about time Georgia got its act right. But now we have the big problem of dirty democrat people letting the illegal immigrants have voting rights. Something was said about three state’s helping the illegals to get to vote. Texas, Pennsylvania, and another anyway at least three are coming up with away to get them to vote. Now this cannot happen this is way to unconstitutional to all true american citizens we are the only ones who can vote in our USA some one better be at all voting places making sure that know illegal can vote. If they vote then the votes will not be counted and the fraudulent votes throw out. Know democrats will be aloud in the white house under illegal votes. We all should just start hollering loud and clear that we want Biden locked up for TREASON against the United States of America and its citizens for allowing the worst illegal immigrants invasion in history . Wish we had an honest justice system he would be locked up. Pray somebody can stop the illegal immigrants voting shit. All democrats need rounded up and .locked up for being Traders against the United States of America and its citizens. And they also have committed treason.
