Investigative Journalist Peter Schweizer has exposed a massive scheme which saw one of the most prominent Democrats partner with the Chinese Communist Party and the notorious criminal syndicate known as the Triads to give them control over his home state.
The Democrat in question is none other than California’s Governor Gavin Newsom who, oddly enough, has only grown more politically powerful within the Democratic party since pledging his allegiance to the CCP.
When Newsom served as mayor of San Francisco he worked with the Chinese government to bring powerful Chinese businesses to California through an initiative known as “ChinaSF” which he launched in 2008.
This Newsom-led initiative had nothing to do with bringing more jobs or tax revenue to his city and state – it was all about helping the Chinese government and the Triads build up their footprint in America.
To advance this initiative the Democrat mayor partnered with a man named Vincent Lo – who has very strong ties to China’s governing party and the Triads.
According to Schweizer, Lo had hired triad members to provide “canteen and security services on his building sites on construction projects around Hong Kong” in the 1990s and his company confirmed doing so.
Then Lo went on to back a Hong Kong politician “whose associates were accused of soliciting support from triad members. At the same time, a prominent businessman accused Lo’s companies of ‘sending armed thugs’ likely linked to Chinese triads to forcibly take over his luxury villa complex in suburban Beijing,” Schweizer adds.
Needless to say, Lo was not known for his squeaky clean reputation – and yet Newsom chose to partner with him anyways.
As a result of their partnership, ChinaSF would grant Lo and his powerful family several massive real-estate deals in the Bay Area.
During his time as mayor, Newsom also bragged about bringing the headquarters of Chinese energy company GCL-Poly to San Francisco. This company had “intimate ties” to the Chinese military and at one point was even caught trying to smuggle thousands of fully automatic weapons into the United States.
Another one of the companies Newsom brought in was Trina Solar who would go on to be caught stealing intellectual property from American companies and they were suspected of receiving support from hackers in the People’s Liberation Army.
These companies were just a few of those brought in by Newsom’s ChinaSF initiative and despite their links to the triads and the CCP, the Democrat was MORE THAN HAPPY to have them here in America.
But this Newsom scheme went beyond just the ChinaSF program.
Mayor Newsom worked with a San Francisco “businessman” named Allen Leung and reappointed him as chairman of the Chinatown Economic Development Group.
However, Leung was not your average businessman. He was the dragonhead – AKA LEADER – of one of China’s triad gangs. When Leung was murdered in 2006, Newsom didn’t miss a beat and worked with his successor Raymond Chow.
There’s no denying that Newsom went out of his way to turn a blind eye to the CCP and the Triad so that they could move into San Francisco and, once Newsom became governor, expand to take control over all of California.
Newsom has fought AGAINST any policy designed to try and tame China’s growing control over California – vetoing things like a bill which would have halted the sale of the state’s agricultural land to foreign governments like China.
It’s hard to say exactly what Newsom’s motivations have been in doing this but there are two obvious ones that stand out – Financial and Political.
Newsom’s wife has major investments in several Chinese companies and the Democrat also sells his wines all throughout China. It would be incredibly easy for the CCP to be putting cash directly in Newsom’s pocket through either of these methods.
As for the political motivation, while bending over for the CCP, Newsom’s political power has bizarrely SKYROCKETTED and he is now considered to be “next up” for the Democratic presidential race.

Don’t I know it. I live in Los Angeles and can’t stand the pencilneck. All his policies are shit, including CA being a Sanctuary State, highest gas taxes in the nation, highest state income tax, practically everything useful is banned.
