Joe Biden Pays Off 2020 Election Censorship Companies with Your Tax Dollars

Liberal non-profits and think tanks scoured the internet during the 2020 election, looking for popular or influential conservative stories and articles. When they spotted anything that made Donald Trump look good, or which made Joe Biden look like a creepy weirdo with dementia who used to shower with his own daughter, these entities went to Big Tech companies and “flagged” the stories – which were then nuked off the internet.

Funny thing… ever since Joe Biden has been in office, those entities have been raking in millions of dollars in taxpayer cash from the Biden administration, in the form of grants from the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security.

A cabal of four groups called the Stanford Internet Observatory (SIO), the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, and a social media analytics company called Graphika, make up an umbrella entity called the Election Integrity Partnership. Here’s how this scheme worked so that the Deep State could circumvent direct government censorship of compelling conservative content.

Let’s use a real-world example.

A story broke during the 2020 election that Ashley Biden had left her diary behind at a bed and breakfast she was staying in. Someone else found that diary and it ended up in the hands of an undercover conservative watchdog group (Project Veritas). In her diary, Ashley Biden wrote that she blames her promiscuity and sex addiction in her adult life on her father, Joe Biden, because Joe Biden took showers with her that were “not appropriate” when she was a young girl.

When the Department of Homeland Security discovered that this completely true story was going viral before the 2020 election, they said, “Oh, no! Um… Russian disinformation!” The DHS then went to the Election Integrity Partnership – the cabal mentioned above – and then filed a “ticket” on that story.

The Election Integrity Partnership then takes the ticket to Facebook, Twitter, Google/YouTube and other Big Tech companies and says, “Look out! This completely true story is Russian disinformation!” All news stories, blog posts, social media posts and other mentions of the Joe-Biden-Showered-With-His-Own-Daughter story got nuked and removed from the internet.

Since DHS did not directly censor the story, this scheme manages to skirt that pesky rule about Freedom of Speech under the First Amendment. DHS used their proxies at the Election Integrity Partnership to censor the true story.

And here’s the deal about censorship and free speech, in case it needs to be repeated. It doesn’t matter if the story is true or not. That’s how free speech is supposed to work, especially when it comes to politics and elections and political speech.

If you want to say that Joe Biden showered with his own daughter, which is true, then you can say that. If you want to say that Donald Trump slept with Stormy Daniels, which Stormy Daniels finally admitted was a false accusation in a court of law in 2022, you can say that, too! You can say stuff that’s true, false, dumb, smart, or just plain weird, and the State Department is not allowed to censor you. But when the State Department and DHS have a proxy agent like the Election Integrity Partnership do it, this obvious First Amendment violation is somehow not illegal.

And here’s the thing. Ever since the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump, the four groups that make up the Election Integrity Partnership are flush with taxpayer cash. After not receiving much in the way of federal grants over the past decade, the Stanford and UW branches of the cabal received a $3 million grant in August from the Biden administration, through the National Science Foundation.

Graphika has received $5 million in grants from the Department of Defense for its work on the 2020 election, and to expand that same work in 2022 and 2024. And the Atlantic Council has received $4.7 million in grants from the State Department this year. The last time the Atlantic Council received more than $1 million in grants was back in 2011. This year, they’re flush with cash.

Joe Biden is rewarding the entities that helped with The Steal in 2020. Your tax dollars are paying for it. And the Election Integrity Partnership is hard at work censoring conservatives ahead of the 2022 midterms, and planning ahead for 2024.
