For the second time in the last few years, US District Court Judge Andrew Hanen in Texas has declared Barack Obama’s Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) to be illegal. Yet we are such a banana republic these days that Hanen denied the request of Republican states to finally end the program.
In other words, the program is illegal, but eff you America. The 1.1 million illegal alien frauds who signed up for the program are still allowed to stay in the country and gobble up American jobs.
The propaganda surrounding this BS program was remarkable to behold, even as Obama was illegally creating the program through an executive order. Congress tried to push the DREAM Act through, but it failed thanks to grassroots Americans speaking out against it.
The law, if passed, would have shielded “Dreamers” from deportation and fast-tracked them for work permits. The “Dreamers” were supposedly illegal aliens who had been brought here by their parents, “through no fault of their own,” and had grown up in America. That was a lie, of course.
When the legislation was defeated, Obama enacted it through an executive order, thus illegally rewriting our nation’s immigration laws without an Act of Congress. More than 1.1 million illegal aliens immediately signed up for the program, because it was an automatic get-out-of-deportation-free card.
As Breitbart News reported at the time, the INS Director who was put in charge of the program estimated that about 90% of all the applicants were frauds. They couldn’t present any evidence that they had been brought here as children. Many were adult men in their 50s. If they were really brought here as children 35 years ago as they claimed, how come they never learned a single word of English in all that time?
Illegal aliens from 190 countries signed up for the program. Because they were called “Dreamers,” many Americans fell for the propaganda around these frauds. Even President Trump was suckered by that moniker for a while. But these were not “cream of the crop” illegal aliens. These were illegal aliens who were dumb enough to conveniently put their names and addresses on a government list, while admitting they were in the country illegally.
Far from being dreamy, many of the “Dreamers” are a nightmare for American citizens.
In August, a “Dreamer” named Hermanio Joseph, who is an illegal alien from Haiti, crossed the center line in Lawrenceville, Ohio. He smashed into a school bus loaded with kids. The bus ran off the road and flipped over onto its roof. 25 kids were sent to the hospital. 11-year-old Aiden Clark was ejected from the bus and killed. So much for little Aiden’s dreams. It’s more important that we allow drunk-driving pigs like Hermanio Joseph to stay in the country.
In 2015, a pair of “Dreamers” broke into the home of 90-year-old Earl Olander in Carver County, Minnesota and beat him to death.
In June of this year, a “Dreamer” named Visnu Fernandez was charged with hacking two white men to death with a machete in Pinnacle, North Carolina.
In April of this year, Alejandro Jose Blanco-Serrano was arrested in Wake County, North Carolina for raping a 14-year-old girl. He had been arrested for DUI back in 2015, but the Obama administration shielded him from deportation because he was a “Dreamer.”
In March, Jorge Ivan Santos-Camacho kidnapped a 13-year-old girl in Texas who had been chatting with on Facebook. He drove her back to his home in North Carolina, locked her in a shed in his back yard, and spent several days torturing and raping her until police arrested him and rescued the girl.
We could go on and on and on with stories about Obama’s “Dreamers” who are in the country only because of an executive order that has now been declared illegal twice. The last Government Accountability Office (GAO) report issued under the Trump administration back in 2018 revealed that 33,000 Americans were killed by illegal alien “Dreamers” between 2010 and 2015.
What’s Congress doing about it, now that they know (again) that this program is illegal? They’re trying to pass a bill to ensure that “Dreamers” can get taxpayer-insured home loans more easily.
