It’s becoming increasingly clear that the system is so rigged against Donald Trump that he’s not going to get a fair trial anywhere in the country. Last week, the airwaves were saturated with the testimony of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her gigolo, lead prosecutor Nathan Wade. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee called that hearing to investigate the improprieties that Willis and Wade have been accused of. This week, we’ve learned that Judge McAfee donated to Fani Willis’s political campaign—and that the judge actually used to work for Willis in Atlanta.
Years before he became a judge, Scott McAfee worked in the trial division of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. After that, he was a US Attorney for the Department of Justice. Trump-hating Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (RINO) appointed McAfee as a Superior Court judge in February 2023. McAfee’s resume is important here.
While he was working at the trial division in Fulton County, McAfee was one of the attorneys being supervised… by Fani Willis. When he was a US Attorney in 2020, McAfee donated $150 to Fani Willis’s election campaign when she first ran for District Attorney.
Some are arguing that this is not a big deal. It’s not like $150 is a ton of money. That’s fair, I suppose, but this was one of the few political donations that McAfee has ever made. I’d argue that if you were going to make even a small political donation to an unimpressive, semi-intelligible communist who is so radical that George Soros was financially backing her campaign, then you probably share some of Fani Willis’s political opinions. It’s also worth noting that McAfee’s wife donated about $200 to Fani’s campaign.
McAfee just oversaw that explosive hearing last week, in which we learned that Fani Willis is so obnoxious that she has to pay a man to sleep with her. Willis and her loverboy both clearly and demonstrably lied to the courts about the length of their relationship and its nature. They both claimed that Fani Willis paid the loverboy back in cash for all the luxury trips that he took her on with taxpayer money, so there’s no paper trail to prove them right or wrong.
They lied about when their relationship started. One of Fani Willis’s former friends said that Willis and Wade were intimate with each other dating back to 2019, long before Willis appointed the clearly unqualified Wade to lead the prosecution against Donald Trump.
Oh, and Willis is such an incompetent person that the dress that she wore to the hearing was on backwards. If you go back and watch the video of her testimony, you’ll see it plain as day. She has the zipper in front.
All of those lies, combined with the unethical spending of taxpayer funds on this romance for the ages, should have resulted in an immediate decision from the judge. He should have just thrown out the case against Trump last week while recommending criminal charges and disbarment for Fani Willis and Nathan Wade. That didn’t happen, though.
A week has gone by and Judge McAfee still hasn’t issued a ruling. Despite providing over that hearing and the cases against President Trump and his co-defendants, Judge McAfee never disclosed to defense attorneys the fact that he used to work for Fani Willis or that he donated to her campaign. Just how incestuous is the judicial system in this country?
McAfee had to know that this would be uncovered. The tens of millions of people who support President Trump are putting everyone involved in these cases under a microscope. It’s why we know that Judge Tanya Chutkin, who is overseeing the January 6 case against Trump in Washington, DC, used to work in the same law firm as Hunter Biden.
Judge McAfee should have disclosed his donation to defense attorneys because it certainly creates the appearance of impropriety. He also could have chosen to recuse himself because he worked for Fani Willis and donated to her. But he didn’t do that, and he didn’t mention any of this. And we all know why.

If the disclosed situations are correct, this judge should, at the very least, be reprimanded and removed from the case. He should actually be dismissed as a judge in any court but ‘opinion’. He should have recused himself from this process as he is thoroughly conflicted and a disgrace to his profession.
