Donald Trump is probably going to be convicted in this ridiculous Stormy Daniels boondoggle in New York. We don’t say that with any joy. It’s just that this New York case seems to be the one that is most badly rigged against him at the moment.
He also faces potential prison time for this case, which has Democrats positively overjoyed—even though it would make him even more popular and probably ensure an additional million votes for him in November.
In a happy turn of events this week, though, Trump’s team uncovered an official signed statement from Stormy Daniels, in which she emphatically denies ever having an affair with him.
This isn’t the first time that Stormy Daniels has admitted that the affair was a hoax. The media just never reports on it. During her civil trial against Donald Trump, Daniels was forced to admit under oath—twice—that she had never had an affair with him.
According to a whistleblower who came forward last week, Daniels was actually having an affair with Trump’s idiot lawyer, Michael Cohen. Creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti deliberately set that relationship up, according to the whistleblower, because he planned to use Stormy to figure out a way to extort money from the Trump organization. That was the big news last week, and now this week, this official signed statement from Stormy Daniels has emerged.

Over the past few weeks, I have been asked countless times to comment on reports of an alleged sexual relationship I had with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago.
The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence in 2006, 20011, 2016, 2017 and now again in 2018. I am not denying this affair because I was paid “hush money” as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying this affair because it never happened.

That sounds pretty definitive, doesn’t it? She even says that she wasn’t paid “hush money,” which means this entire trial shouldn’t even be taking place.
Based on her signed and dated statement, it sounds like everything that happened in this case regarding any money took place between Cohen and Avenatti. Cohen was the one who took out a reverse mortgage on his home to pay Avenatti $130,000 to keep quiet. And Cohen did this because he didn’t want his wife to find out he was having an affair with a nasty, disgusting porn starlet. None of that has anything to do with Donald Trump.
Unfortunately, the leftwing nut trying the case, Judge Juan Merchan, will probably not allow any of this proof to surface in his courtroom. He’s turning out to be even more of a partisan hack than Judge Arthur Engoron. Trump is trying to get Merchan recused or to get a change of venue on the ridiculous case.
Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a political campaign operative for the Democrat Party and she worked for the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign. She’s raised $93 million for Democrats in the past year based on her father putting Trump on trial. Judge Merchan’s family is directly benefitting financially from prosecuting Trump, but he refused to recuse himself. He’s also placed a gag order on the president for pointing this out (a gag order that Trump has very pointedly ignored).
Trump is refusing to obey Merchan’s threats over the gag order because it’s all so incredibly unfair. The Democrats continue to make a mockery of our justice system just to go after Donald Trump. Remember, prosecutor Alvin Bragg has somehow created 34 felonies out of thin air to charge President Trump with, based on the Stormy Daniels “hush money” payment that Stormy herself says never happened.
Unless a higher court steps in, Trump doesn’t stand a chance of being found not guilty in this case. It’s been rigged against him from the very start. That’s why it is so important that we all keep repeating the truth about it.

Why should any of this be a surprise, it was a scam from the getgo. It’s all a false demongrat attempt to tarnish Mr. Trump because they are afraid of him. Bottom line!!!!!!!
The Biden administration has completely castrated the legal system in this country. And although anyone with a brain knows it, they will never face any consequences. They get away with everything, no matter how stupid. When stupid reins, there is no room for reason.
It’s not a question of whether or not Trump had the affair, or even that hush money was paid, it’s about how the monies were paid, who paid, where the money came from and did Trump know about it and if so, when. The problem as I see it is that the star witness, Cohen, is an inveterate liar and completely disreputable. My personal opinion is that Trump isn’t guilty of the charge against him, especially since this has already been looked at and tossed.

Two judges in two different cases should have recused themselves. U.S. justice system has made a mockery of itself. It’s just a shame to do this to someone they despise and loves this country!!
