Republican Kari Lake has filed a major lawsuit designed to expose the fraud that occurred in Arizona’s 2022 governor race.
The fraud that occurred in the state was undeniable and it seems that Kari Lake’s campaign has caught the Democrats red-handed.
Attorney Kurt Olsen said, “We have put forward evidence that unquestionably shows that this election was stolen with illegal votes and likely fraudulent votes.”
The lawsuit starts out by stating that a majority of voters in the state believed that the election day issues in Maricopa County disrupted the sanctity of the election.
“The eyes of the Country are on Arizona. On November 30, 2022, Rasmussen Reports published a poll of likely U.S. voters asking about the Election Day problems with vote tabulation in Maricopa County. This poll asked whether responding voters agreed or disagreed with Contestant Kari Lake’s statement calling the election ‘botched’ and stating, ‘This isn’t about Republicans or Democrats. This is about our sacred right to vote, a right that many voters were, sadly, deprived of on [Election Day], November 8th.’ The results of that poll are stunning, Seventy-two percent (72%) of Likely Voters said they agree with Lake’s statement.”
The filing contends that hundreds of thousands of illegal votes were counted in the election to help the Democrats secure a fraudulent victory.
This number far exceeds the roughly 17,000 vote margin between Kari Lake and Democrat gubernatorial candidate Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.
Lake’s campaign presented evidence gathered from witnesses who were present at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center, Runbeck Election Services, and a multitude of Maricopa County vote centers to prove that hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots were deployed in Maricopa County.
The filing also revealed that officials in Maricopa County allowed tens of thousands of mail-in and drop-box ballots to be counting – despite failing to meet signature requirements.
According to Arizona State law, this misconduct requires that the results from Maricopa County be set aside or that both candidates equally have their share of mail-in-ballots reduced.
One of the most shocking claims made in the lawsuit is one made by a Runbeck whistleblower who revealed that nearly 300,000 ballots were delivered to the company – which is responsible for sorting and verifying the ballots – with no chain of custody and could be completely compromised.
The Runbeck insider even noted that employees of the company were allowed to add their own ballots and family members’ ballots without the proper chain of custody documentation.
The complaint states, “There is no way to know whether 50 ballots or 50,000 ballots were unlawfully added into the election in this way. The Runbeck facility is not a legal ballot drop off site… Given this blatant violation of Arizona law, there is no way to tell the number of ballots that were illegally injected into the 2022 election.”

The answer is as simple as the nose on your face. That all democratic winners in this Election must be disqualified and be removed from office. The Evidence is overwhelming democrats should be punished and prosecuted for their flagrant tampering. We voted, dropped off our ballot got the box three treatment. Our votes were deep sixed. Wife were given a tracking device, to check vote being tabulated. Her vote to this day has not been counted. Ours were placed in a plastic Rubbermaid tote tub with a slit in the top. Not secure by any means, deep six for those ballots, never made the machine.
I watched on T.V. how vote workers separated ballots from envelopes and NEVER checked the legitimacy of signatures!! And once separated theres no way to know if they were legitate!!

Nobody did squat about the 2020 stolen election. Nobody will do squat again regarding the Arizona midterm elections. It is unbelievable the naivete of the people thinking that justice will be done through the Arizona justice system.
