The criminal Biden regime here in America has had peaceful political protesters locked up for more than a year now, and tortured daily in solitary confinement, who have never been convicted of a crime.
Trump supporters are being tortured for their political opinions. Are we a better nation than those led by Kim, Putin and Xi when this is happening?
Now we’ve learned that a January 6 protester who was arrested last December has been imprisoned for three months – and the Justice Department has never indicted him.
Lucas Denney traveled from his home in Texas to protest the stolen 2020 election during the January 6 protest. Like nearly a hundred thousand other Americans who showed up in Washington, DC that day, Denney felt that the stakes were too high, and the issue was too important to stand by and do nothing. So, he went to the protest.
Denney was arrested three months ago on December 13th at his home in Texas. The next day, Denney was brought before a federal judge for his required Initial Appearance hearing. The Biden Department of InJustice and Torturing Trump Supporters is alleging that Denney committed five felonies on January 6, including civil disorder and briefly interrupting a meeting of the US Senate, and seven trespassing misdemeanors. Denney’s arrest warrant was issued based on a police report.
That’s important. A dirty cop can say anything he wants in a police report, but that doesn’t make it true or accurate in America. The court system then has 30 days to present the police evidence to a grand jury. The grand jury then decides whether the arrest was legal and whether the prosecution’s evidence is enough to take the case to trial.
Denney’s case has never been presented to a grand jury. It’s now been three months since he was arrested. And the story gets worse.
The judge held a Detention and Removal Hearing for Denney on December 17th. At that hearing, the judge declared Denney to be a dangerous insurrectionist and a flight risk and ordered him held without bail. This hearing was, by the way, a royal screwup by the judge and the Justice Department. Federal defendants are supposed to have, in this order: an Initial Appearance Hearing, a Preliminary Hearing, and then a Detention and Removal Hearing. The judge and the DOJ skipped over Denney’s Preliminary Hearing!
A Preliminary Hearing is held to determine whether it was a legitimate arrest. It determines whether the Justice Department has probable cause to support the charges against the defendant. This hearing is supposed to take place in ALL federal cases in which a grand jury has not yet issued an indictment. The judge totally screwed that up.
At the end of the Detention and Removal Hearing, the judge ordered Denney transferred to the gulag in Washington, DC for January 6 defendants. In another monumental screwup of epic proportions, the US Marshals Service then took 46 days to transfer Denney to the DC solitary confinement torture chamber for Trump supporters. He sat in jail in Texas for six weeks without a Preliminary Hearing to even determine if his arrest was legitimate.
After he was finally transferred to DC, the new court set an Initial Appearance Hearing for Denney on March 10th. But Denney had already had his Initial Appearance Hearing back in Texas on December 14th – 50 days previously. Initial Appearance Hearings are supposed to take place within 48 hours of a defendant’s arrest, so this was YET ANOTHER screwup of epic proportions by Team Biden.
The DC judge’s first act in Denney’s “case” was to schedule an Initial Appearance Hearing for 39 days AFTER Denney was finally transported to DC. Denney’s life has been destroyed by the criminal Biden regime. He’s been imprisoned for 90 days now without ever being indicted by a grand jury. That’s three months without being able to make a living and support his family. Under the Speedy Trial Act, federal trials are supposed to commence within 100 days of a defendant’s arrest.
How is this happening in America? Why aren’t more elected Republicans speaking out in support of their own base, which is being jailed and tortured for their political opinions? We’re supposed to be a better country than China, Russia or North Korea. But under the fake Biden regime, we’re not.
I don’t give a flying rat’s rear end what’s happening to the Uighurs in China, or the Ukrainians, as long as middle-class American citizens are being destroyed by the federal government like this. The criminal Biden regime can’t go away fast enough.

What the heck is his lawyers doing. There are free lawyer associations out there who will take stuff like this into the courts and end up wining. His family needs to contact some of these lawyer associations who are very good at defending rights. There has to be a legal way that this crap can end up in the Supreme Court with the right lawyers. His family should be ZOOMing on TV etc. bringing this out. Some lawyer association will get in touch with the family. DUE PROCESS IS DUE PROCESS.
