The Department of Justice is no doubt targeting former President Donald Trump to distract from Joe Biden and his family member’s crimes. The Biden administration’s goal is clearly to make charge Donald Trump with so many crimes that he’s forced to drop out of the 2024 race, but they may have just opened up Pandora’s Box – and it could expose them ALL.
Trump’s attorney John Lauro revealed that special counsel Jack Smith’s latest indictment of the former president will allow him to have another chance to PROVE how the 2020 election was manipulated and rigged in certain states.
Lauro revealed that Trump can now re-litigate the 2020 election through discovery and this time around he will have the subpoena power he was never afforded before – which could make a MASSIVE difference.
“We now have the ability in this case to issue our own subpoenas. And we will re-litigate every single issue in the 2020 election in the context of this litigation,” Lauro said.
“It gives President Trump an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power since January 6 in a way that can be exercised in federal court,” he added.
Lauro explained that President Trump’s decision to contest the 2020 election results was his duty as the leader of the nation, adding that in no-way was it even CLOSE to a constitutional violation as the Democrats are claiming.
“What Mr. Trump did was exactly constitutionally precise and in order. There was nothing illegal about that. And he was required to take steps as President of the United States to ensure that that election was held in a valid way,” Lauro said. “All that now is being criminalized.”
Trump’s attorney goes on to explain that back in 2020, the president’s campaign had only a few weeks to gather and present the necessary evidence to prove that Joe Biden and the Democrats stole the election. This time-crunch made it VERY DIFFICULT.
But now Trump and his legal team will have the chance to present evidence of outright election fraud and other constitutional violations in 2020 which the courts previously rejected – and this time they’ll be EXTREMELY well prepared especially considering that Trump is literally fighting for his freedom.
Countless instances of things such as ballot stuffing, late night dumps, signature verification fraud and suspicious code being found on voter machines was documented and now Trump’s legal team will finally have a chance to bring this up in court and FORCE them to listen.
The Biden Regime just made a MAJOR miscalculation and a Trump whose back is against the wall may very well EXPOSE all of the fraud that occurred in 2020 and the fact that Joe Biden is an illegitimate president.

The US is supposed to be the leader of the democratic nations and must stand as an example in governance. The Democratic Party has unfairly deprived its opponents of the right to express grievance, considering that the circumstances surrounding the past elections have been so marred in suspicion and controversy. Additionally, the political optics could not support the current president’s 2020 victory. Reports of election rigging have been dismissed without giving the aggrieved parties a day in court. How can the Democratic Party just say that the Republicans’ claim have been disproved or debunked when they were not allowed to show proof in a court of law? We have seen a lot of threats on the lives of those who only wanted to express their grievances. That is constitutional. And folks who can not afford the services of lawyers just throw in the towel, so to speak. So, Americans, those who truly believe that government exists with the consent of the governed in a democratic nation are forced to push back and are thankful that there is “Trump” who has the stamina, moral determination, and financial resources to lead. Those who support him consider his boldness and sheer determination to get to the truth as the motivating factor, which politicians in DC may not favor. It’s time for corruption to be stopped. Lawlessness in the country is rising faster than our established authority can control and eventually will destroy the political mechanism that has kept this nation strong. All good and patriotic Democrats should get behind all efforts to save our country from eventual chaos and restore their party to political sanity.
