TX Democrats Allegedly Bribed a Hobo with a Moped to Falsify Mail-in Ballots

An amazing video has emerged of a hobo in Tarrant County, Texas. It’s a police bodycam video, and a police officer is casually talking to the bum about his activities in the 2020 election.

When you watch the footage, you’ll notice that the cop can barely contain himself. He seems to want to start laughing, because he can’t quite believe that the hobo is openly admitting to election fraud.

And what’s truly amazing is that the guy drops names. He tells the cops – on camera – which Democrat Party officials and operatives in Tarrant County were paying him $200 for every time he was able to trick an elderly person into signing a harvested ballot. It’s stunning. The Democrat officials even bribed the hobo with a Moped scooter.

While the scheme that hobo Charles Jackson lays out for the police is not exactly the same as the conspiracy uncovered in the film “2,000 Mules,” it’s in the same ballpark. Before describing the voter fraud scheme that took place in Tarrant County, Texas in 2020, let’s look at the players who are named by Jackson in the conspiracy.

First, there’s a guy named Stuart Clegg who is the director of a liberal non-profit group called Peoples Group in Fort Worth. According to his LinkedIn page, Clegg’s describes his duties at Peoples Group as campaign management, get-out-the-vote efforts, and strategy development.

So, Peoples Group is a non-profit org that is actually a front for the Democrat Party. Like many of these non-profits, they have tax exempt status despite the fact that they are clearly a partisan political organization.

Stuart Clegg is an associate of a well-known Democrat Party politician named Deborah Peoples. She’s kind of a big deal in Fort Worth politics, despite the fact that she’s ran for office many times and never actually won.

She ran for mayor of Fort Worth a couple of times, and she served as the Tarrant County Democratic Party Chair in the past. This year, she’s running for one of the highest election offices in Tarrant County – to fill the seat of retiring Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley.

Let’s say that again: Deborah Peoples is a candidate who is on the ballot in three and a half weeks in Tarrant County.

According to homeless voter fraud worker Charles Jackson, Clegg and Peoples both paid him $200 in 2020 for every time that he could trick an elderly person into signing a harvested ballot. Here’s how the scheme worked.

Hobo Jackson would receive harvested ballots, presumably from Peoples Group and other non-profit orgs (just like in 2,000 Mules). These were mail-in ballots that had been harvested somehow from voters before they had been filled out. According to Jackson, the ballots were already marked for Democrats in every seat, including Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Jackson would then take the ballots – which all belonged to elderly senior citizens – and pretend to be an election worker who was “verifying” their voter registration information.

Jackson asked the elderly voters if their name, address, phone number and other information was accurate. When they said, “Yes,” Jackson asked them to sign a “verification” document. But what the seniors were actually putting their signatures on was their pre-filled absentee ballot, which had presumably been stolen from their mailbox.

By the way, whenever Democrats mention “Get Out the Vote” efforts or voter engagement, this is the sort of stuff they’re talking about: tricking elderly voters into signing their own ballots which have been pre-filled for Democrat candidates. It’s all so bloody cynical. And illegal.

Charles Jackson says in the police bodycam footage that Deborah Peoples and Stuart Clegg were each paying him $200 per ballot during the 2020 election, every time he tricked a senior citizen into signing a pre-filled ballot. Jackson says that Peoples and Clegg even gave him a Moped for his efforts and that he sometimes earned up to $1,200 per day during the 2020 election season. (I checked, and the cheapest Moped for sale on Amazon right now is $829. So, that’s a nice gift for a hobo who helps with your election fraud efforts.)

Despite Jackson’s on-camera admission, which you can watch for yourself below, Deborah Peoples is still on the ballot, and Stuart Clegg has not been charged with a crime, either. If Jackson’s story is true, and we have no reason to believe it is false at this point, then both of those individuals allegedly took part in the 2020 fraudulent election. If this was happening in Red State Texas, how bad were things in swing states like Arizona and Wisconsin?

  2. Democrats remind me of people serving prison time, in that all they do is set around developing ways to game the system. A majority of Democrats would rather rule in hell than be an everyday American Citizens! When they hold the reins of power, Democrats create said hell by midi gating the people’s rights under the constitution and squandering the nation’s wealth on bad programs.

  4. The sad thing about this, is the Debra Peoples mentioned in the video is on the 11/8/22 ballot for a judge’s position!!!!! What’s worse, the Sheriff, a Republican, says he can’t investigate her because he’s supporting other candidates on the same ballot. Not sure if it is someone opposing her or not. The only ad I’ve heard him on is for some other position. I wrote him on 10/7/22. This is the last of 3 paragraphs in the note: ” The reason I’m sticking my neck into this is because it’s an extremely serious accusation of a former Tarrant County Democrat Party Chairperson who has possibly been involvement in a pay-for-vote tampering operation and now on the ballot for the position of Tarrant County Commissioners Court Judge. Given the past almost two (2) years of turmoil over the 2020 Presidential election and alleged voter fraud, a lot of it having some very compelling information given, allowing this situation to fester could be devastating to the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office and/or you personally. If nothing else, how can ANY decision she makes or presides over be valid if elected and then proven guilty afterwards? What will re-trying all of those cases cost Tarrant County? I understand with you being a Republican that Democrats will accuse you of political bias and that going after a Democratic candidate can be a sticky situation. An investigation doesn’t prove she’s guilty. Law says she’s innocent until proven guilty. But the citizens of Tarrant County, Texas need to hear about this so that we will all know that our elections are free and fair. I think you would agree we don’t need a Hunter Biden’s Laptop from Hell type situation here.”
