President Donald Trump announced on his Truth Social platform this week that there should be an immediate do-over election, based on the latest revelations about the treasonous criminals running the DOJ and the FBI. The Never Trump “conservatives” immediately took over the internet, claiming that Trump simply doesn’t understand the Constitution. What a dummy! Donald Trump, who is a billionaire the last time we checked, is not nearly as intelligent as the geniuses of the Good Ship Never Trump and their love of Muh Constitution.
One example of this neocon Never Trump phenomenon is some guy at Instapundit who I won’t name. He wrote a pathetic, preening article this week titled, “Trump Needs a Lesson on the Constitution.”
Yeah. That’s America’s big problem right now!
The writer claims:
“That’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works.”
We don’t get to hold do-over elections just because Donald Trump says we need to have a do-over election, in other words. The writer concedes that, well, Trump was right about a lot of stuff a lot of different times, but AKSHUALLY, he is smarter than Trump and all Trump supporters:
“He’s [Trump’s] not always right. This is one of those times, and, disappointingly, he’s echoing something that a whole collection of ignorant schmucks have been saying since the 2020 election.”
Gosh, who could those “ignorant schmucks” be? Could he be referring to you, me, and the 75 million other Americans who voted for Donald Trump in record numbers to send him sailing to reelection in 2020, over Mr. LOL-81-Million Biden? Why, yes. Yes, he’s exactly referring to you and me as ignorant schmucks. Keep in mind that as a Never Trump neocon, this guy would really like to invade Iraq again with your children in the military in case we missed any of Saddam’s WMDs the first time around.
These neocons are seriously not tall enough for this ride. They’ve learned nothing from the fact that Liz Cheney just lost her Republican House primary election by nearly 40 points in the Wyoming primary. I have friends in Wyoming who know Dick Cheney personally and who claim that he’s a really nice guy in real life. But they voted for Harriet Hageman over Liz Cheney anyway, because the American people are fed up with the neoconservative “forever wars” of the Cheneys, Bush’s, Obama’s, and Clintons. Anyway, what does Muh Constitution have to do with any of this anyway? On the one hand, the Instapundit tard is correct. There’s nothing in the Constitution that says we should hold a “do-over” election if one side provably commits fraud. On the other hand, we have 150+ years of precedent, case studies and court cases that prove that we totally could hold a do-over election if we forced the issue.
This is from the National Archives, the same National Archives that begged the FBI to raid President Trump’s personal home at Mar-a-Lago two weeks ago in total violation of all standards, norms and laws:
“If no candidate receives a majority of electoral votes, the Presidential election leaves the Electoral College process and moves to Congress. The House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each State delegation has one vote and it is up to the individual States to determine how to vote.”
That’s quoting the Electoral Count Act which has been the law of the land since the post-Civil War 1800s. No one on the right is saying that all 50 states should hold do-over elections because of 2020. We’re all saying – as we’ve been saying for nearly 2 years now – that Congress should hold the do-over vote as the Electoral Count LAW says. 26 red states and 24 blue states should decide the 2020 election, because that’s what the law says. That’s the do-over election. The six swing states where the vast majority of fraud took place make it impossible to know who actually won the 2020 election. Neither candidate had 270 votes, because the fraud in the swing states vitiated everything else.
But the Never Trumper neoconservatives (Democrat warmongers) are simply too ignorant or too dishonest to admit this. They should go back to crying from their shame closets while their wives are being serviced by the cable repair guy, because they don’t even understand what this fight is about.

Clinton and Obama were extremely careful to appoint only judges who were 100% biased in favor of the Democrats into office. I have recommended for more than 60 years that a time limit be enforced on all judges, Federal and Statewide, at no more than six years for all judges other than the Supreme Court, which would have a maximum of 12 to 15 years in office. Old judges are no different than old politicians – they tend to get senile, mentally persuaded, and corrupt – not necessarily in that order. Along with term limitations with judges of all color, creed, an party affiliation, Senators and House of Representatives at state and Federal levels also be limited to a maximum of 4 to 8 years. In short, the longer a politician remains in office, the more corrupt he/she becomes.
